This one is a really nifty one, okay guys.

So if you don't have a dryer at home, and you have some wet clothes that you want dry almost immediately, a great hack is to just use a towel and an iron.

家に乾燥機がなくて、すぐにでも乾かしたい洋服がある場合は、タオルとアイロンがあればいいですよ。

Just put it over your garment, and then just iron over the towel.

服の上にタオルを重ねて、その上からアイロンをかけるだけです。

The towel absorbs that moisture; therefore, it makes your garment dry.

タオルは服の湿気を吸収するので衣服が乾きますよ。

Can you see the difference?

違いがわかりますか？

So this side is completely dry and this side is still soaking wet.

こちら側は完全に乾いていて、こちら側はまだ濡れています。

And that only took like a couple minutes, which is a great fast way of drying your clothes.

数分しかかかりませんでしたよ。これは服を乾かすのにとても速い方法です。

If you're going out camping and you're afraid that everything is going to get wet, especially your flamage.

キャンプに出かけるときに、特にマッチなど、すべてのものが水に濡れてしまうのではないかと心配になることがありますよね。

Don't worry because I'm going to teach you how to waterproof your matchsticks.

マッチ棒を防水する方法を教えますから、心配いりません。

When a matchstick gets wet, this doesn't light.

マッチ棒は濡れると火が付きませんよね。

So now I'm going to teach you how to waterproof it.

では、防水加工の方法をお教えしましょう。

Grab your matches and dip it in the wax.

マッチをつかんでワックスにつけてください。

So what that is doing is obviously just coating the candle with the wax... the matchstick...head.

確かにロウソクをロウソクでコーティングしているだけです。マッチ棒は...頭ですね。

Now that I have waterproof my matchstick, I'm just gonna dip it in the water.

マッチ棒に防水加工をしたので、水の中に浸しても大丈夫です。

Viola!

There you go, happy birthday, to whoever's birthday is out there today.

誕生日おめでとう、今日は誰かの誕生日でもありますよね。

This one is a really great hack if you're scare your feet might get wet.

このハックは、自分の足が濡れてしまうのではないかと心配している人には、とても便利です。

All you need is some socks and some plastic bags.

靴下とビニール袋があれば大丈夫です。

First thing you want to do is you want to already wear a pair of socks, which I have right here.

最初に行うことは、靴下を履いていることが前提です。

So then you want to put your foot in the plastic bag, put the other sock over the plastic bag.

では、足をビニール袋に入れて、もう片方の靴下をビニール袋にかぶせます。

So the reason why you've got another sock over the other is because it keeps it from slipping and sliding inside.

他の靴下の上に靴下を重ねているのは、靴下が滑って中に入るのを防ぐためです。

Cut away the excess bag.

余分なビニール袋は切り落とします。

My foot looks so fat now.

私の足は、今、とても太って見えますね。

They're already fat and now they look even fatter. Aiya...

すでに太っていて、今ではさらに太って見える。あらら...

I've got the biggest ankles, guys. The biggest. It's ridiculous.

それでは、終わったら靴を履いてください。

Okay so, once you've done that, put your shoes on.

これで汗をかいていなければ、乾いた足になります。

And now, you've got a nice dry foot, provided you don't sweat.

壊れた傘を持っていたら捨てないでくださいね。2つの修理方法を教えますから。

If you've got a broken umbrella, don't throw it away because I'm going to teach you two ways to fix it.

まずは、ペーパークリップを使う方法です。

First way is using a paperclip.

ペーパークリップを外して、そのまま、まっすぐにするだけです。

You just want to unravel the paperclip and make it straight just like that.

この2つの穴を結びます。

You want to line these two holes here.

ここが私のおばさんが出てくる場所ですね、血のついた穴が見えないので。

This is where my auntie will come out because I cannot see the bloody hole.

見えません。

I cannot see hahaha.

一列に並べたらペーパークリップを穴に通すことができます。

And then once you've lined that up, you can then thread the paperclip through the holes.

出来上がり！

And done!

きつめに締めて、くるくるねじってください。

Make it nice and tight, twist it around.

余分なペーパークリップがあることに気付くでしょうが、ペンチで切っても大丈夫ですよ。

You gonna find that you've got some excess paperclip but don't worry, you can cut that off with pliers.

これで完成です。

And that's all there is to it.

ペーパークリップがなければ、たいていデンタルフロスを使うことができます！

Now if you don't have a paperclip, you can always use dental floss!

デンタルフロスも同じですね。

So with a dental floss it's the same thing.

デンタルフロスを穴に通します。

Line the holes up, thread the dental floss through the holes.

結んで。

Tie it.

ご覧のように、ペーパークリップとデンタルフロスで固定しました。

As you can see I've fixed it here with the paperclip and here with the dental floss.

ほら！新品の傘ですよ。

There you go! A brand new umbrella.

雨の日が多くて身の回りのものを濡らしたくないのなら、例えば、靴やバッグの素材を守るには、防水スプレーを使うのが一番効果的です！

Now if you're facing a lot of rainy days, and you don't want all your things to get wet; for example your shoes or your material bags, a great way to protect that is to just use a waterproof spray!

バッグの片側にスプレーしてみましょう。

So I'm going to spray one side of the bag just to show you how well this works.

同じように、靴にスプレーします。

Same thing again, I'm going to spray my shoe.

もう乾きましたよ。触ってみたところ、スプレーした部分は乾いているので全く違和感はありません。

Now that it's dry. When I touch it there's no residue left so it feels completely normal.

防水部分に水をかけて、こちらにも水をかけます。

I'm going to put some water over the waterproof part and then also here.

押し込んでみましょう、まったく水が染み込みませんね。

Push it in; it is not going in at all.

こちらは防水加工をしていません。

This is the place I have not waterproof.

反対側と同じようになりませんね。

It is not doing the same thing as the other side.

ただ水を吸収しているだけです。

It is just absorbing.

靴をテストしてみましょう。

So now we got to put the shoes to the test.

これが私がスプレーしたものです。

So this is the one that I've sprayed.

見てください、水滴が転がるだけです。

Look at that; just rolls off.

なんて素敵でしょう？

How cool does that look though?

では、スプレー無しの方を試してみましょう。

And now do the one without the spray.

この辺りに水滴のあとが見えますが、染み込んでいるだけです。

You can see in this area it's just absorbing.

防水スプレーは100%の効果がありますね。

So the waterproof spray works a 100%.

雨の日には最高ですよ、信じてください。

It is really great for rainy days, trust me.

防水スプレーがない場合は、バッグ内のすべてのアイテムを保護する別の方法はゴミ袋を実際に使うことが良いでしょう。

So if you don't have any waterproof spray, another way to protect all your items inside you bag is to actually just use a garbage bag!

すべての軍隊の少年たちは同じことをしますよ。

So all the army boys do this.

ジャングルに入るときは、濡らしたくない荷物をバッグに入れています。

When they're out in the jungle, and they've got all their belongings in their bag that they don't want to get wet.

荷物を全部ビニール袋に入れて、そのビニール袋をバックパックの中に入れます。

They put all their belongings inside the plastic bag, and then they put the plastic bag inside the backpack.

雨が降ってバックパックに水が入ってしまった場合、少なくともこの方法では、すべての持ち物がビニール袋の中で素敵に乾いていますよ。

So if it rains and the water gets into your backpack, at least this way, all your belongings will be nice and dry inside the plastic bag.

これは写真が好きでカメラを濡らすのが怖い人のための方法です。

This one is for all you people that loves photography, and are afraid to get their cameras wet.

必要なのはテープと輪ゴムとビニール袋だけです。

All you need is some tape, rubber bands and a plastic bag.

まず、カメラをビニール袋に入れます。

So first thing you wanna do is put your camera inside the bag.

レンズ部分だけに穴を開けます。

Now you want to cut a hole just for the lens area.

レンズの周りに輪ゴムをかけてください。

Tie some rubber bands around the lens.

ガムテープを持って、その上にかぶせてください。

Grab your duct tape and just place it over the top like that.

あとは、ビニール袋の下に入って、頭の上にかぶせるだけです。

So all you need to do is to get underneath the plastic bag, put the plastic bag over your head.

水に濡れても問題なく写真が撮れます。

And you can just shoot away with no problems without getting wet.
