2018 Audi A5!

Here we have the front-end of the 2018 Audi A5 - absolutely gorgeous redesign done by

Audi!

As you can see, it has newly sculpted, aerodynamic lines that carry around the whole body.

They have a clam shell hood that actually carries right into the 3-D headlights up front.

They are xenon headlights standard with an LED option available.

You have forward, front parking sensors as a standard option on this vehicle, and of

course you have Audi's single-frame grille that has become synonymous with the brand.

Lastly, you can't forget the beautiful Audi rings right up front!

Let's get under the hood and see what this has got for power!

Under the hood of the previous generation Audi A5, you had a 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo putting

up 220 horsepower and 258 ft. lbs. of torque.

With the new 2.0L Audi's created, you get 253 horsepower and 272 ft. lbs of torque!

They've bumped up the power on the vehicle and with the added weight reduction, this

vehicle is more efficient and more powerful than ever.

They've paired that with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, so it's a very quick reacting

car, and a very nice easy-shifting car so you can take those nice, windy roads, or cruise

on the highway.

Let's get on to the side of the vehicle.

Moving on to the side of the vehicle, the first thing I want to point out is that this

vehicle does have a 19" wheel design package.

This gives you a beautiful 19" bi-color wheel, wrapped in a summer tire with sports suspension,

which looks gorgeous on this car!

I also want to show you this nice, tight shoulder line that goes across the vehicle, paying

homage to the previous generation A5.

The mirror housings have been moved off of the A-pillar and dropped down to the door,

giving it that nice sport appeal.

They've also added this nice sharp line across the roof here, which really pays homage to

the coupe design and gives it that nice sporty appearance to the profile of this vehicle.

On the back of the A5, you still have nice short overhang, which gives it that really

good sport coupe appeal.

You also see that this vehicle is equipped with 3-D taillights, which are full LED with

dynamic turn signals.

A really nice little touch!

You can also see in the back of course, you have the newly integrated spoiler and the

quattro badging!

Being in New England, you want the best snow performance you can possibly have.

Don't forget the dual exhaust tips in the back of the vehicle, again, paying homage

to the sportiness of our brand!

Let's get in to the inside and talk more about the tech!

The interior of the A5 has been completely redesign, and in true Audi fashion, it's absolutely

gorgeous and the fit and finish is phenomenal!

This vehicle is a Premium Plus trim, equipped with the Nougat Brown leather interior and

our virtual cockpit.

The virtual cockpit is in the A5 for the first time, and this absolutely stunning display

allows you to be able to see your navigation, your phone, your radio all in one display

right in front of you!

On the A5, you have standard equipment like a backup camera and parking sensors, you also

have full drive-model selections available so you can set it the way you want.

You can have a true sports car, or that nice cruiser you can take out for the weekends.

Also standard on the A5 is Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

One thing I did want to mention on this is that in the previous generation A5's, you'd

have a sunroof, but it was only a tilt.

Now, you can actually slide this guy back, which is another great touch.

I did want to mention that we're also going to have an A5 Sportback coming to the states

and an A5 convertible.
