字幕表 動画を再生する 英語字幕をプリント - Hi, this is our nighttime routine. (happy music) - Hi, you guys. I'm joined today by my family. This is Max, this is Will, and my husband, Brad, and our baby daughter's actually sleeping while we are filming this, but we wanted to share with you guys what our nighttime routine is, and kind of what we do every night to get all three of our kids to sleep. So I am here live right now in my little boy's bedroom. Brad's putting them to sleep right now in the background in their bunk bed, but I just wanted to go through our little routine. It's nothing crazy, nothing exciting, but I think you guys will find it pretty interesting on how Brad and I get all three of our kids to sleep every night. So we basically start off with a bath, and that always helps because it gets them cleaned up and calmed down for the day. Sometimes, they actually don't get calmed down. They get more riled up, but we like to do that first, and then Brad and I have to tag team, and basically, I will take care of Molly, because I have to nurse her to sleep. After the bath, I will usually get her changed into her pajamas, and then I will nurse her to sleep. Brad, on the other hand, is helping, hanging out with the boys, distracting them, because they usually go to bed later than Molly, and we usually start this whole process around 7:30, 8:00, depending on whether they have had naps or anything like that. So after the bath, we usually have them brush their teeth, and sometimes we help them. If we feel like they've had a lot of sugar that day. we can kind of help them a little bit more than the normal, and then after that, we get them into their PJs, and usually by this time, I can come in and help Brad. Sometimes he does this all by himself, right Brad? And other times, I am available to help him, but I think most of the time, Brad is doing this by himself. And then after we do the PJs, it is time for story time, and tonight, Brad read the boys a story called Robo Sauce, which is super cute. If you guys haven't heard about it, you need to get it. If you have little boys, they would love it, but they're reading it in their little tent over here, which they loved, and then after that, we just say good night, and it's good night. We usually say a prayer. Brad puts them to sleep, and they are in bed usually by 8:00, 8:30. It's actually 8:30 right now. To me, routine is so important. If kids have the same routine every single night, they know what to expect, and we love reading them a story. Brad actually just got finished reading James and the Giant Peach to the boys, and they absolutely loved it, but stories are great, too, because it's a great bonding experience. It also gets their imagination going, helps them learn new words, new situations, all of that. We really love stories before bedtime as well. So that is it for our nighttime routine.
