字幕表 動画を再生する 英語字幕をプリント Hi I am Chuck the Movieguy and welcome to Movie Reviews and Pre... Whats that? Something is over my shoulder? Really? If we stay the course, we're dead! We are all dead! I'm the only hope you have. Audiences have seen John Connor in every evolution even before he was born, as a kid as a teenager, what kind of a John Connor are we getting here? Were getting a John Connor who is in the future, he's the prophesized leader of the resistance but he's not yet become that leader. It's post judgment day, he's a warrior, incredibly proficient, he's been trained by his mother to be a guerilla and this is the becoming of John Connor. You knew going into this all the versions of John Connor, you knew his back story, do you bring that or do you start fresh? No we wanted to incorporate the entire mythology, its not like we started from a clean canvas, we wanted to incorporate that but he's a very changed man as anyone would be after going thru judgment day. You talk about trauma, this could have been just an action movie, but we see John Connor perplexed listening to the tape of his mother, his predetermined life he is trying to figure out and its so heavy on him in this movie, was it important for you to have that? Well you know its important to incorporate a human story but I'm under no delusion that it's a human story that people are going to see because they want to see the machines, they want to see that action and they want to have that action in the movie theater where everyone is going nuts which is what I found when I went to see T2, but we're humans. You have to have a human story, you have to have something to relate to there. And it obviously makes it more interesting for us actors as well. But in no way was I under any delusions about what we were making, we were making an action film, a popcorn summer blockbuster, fun movie and hopefully that is what we achieved. McG, obviously known for his action, there are so many great long scenes and I am referring to the helicopter crash scene, it extends and makes you a part of the scene, is McG bringing that to the table? Those extra long scenes? He has a great eye. He creates great momentums with the action and he promised me when we first met he said,"Listen, I don't plan on making a movie unless its better than anything I have done before and very different and he's achieved that." He could have just done CGI in this day and age and he could have just done the explosions afterwards but most of it was done hands on, on the set. Does that also bring an element as an actor to It It brings an element of excitement, you know what I mean? When you are standing there watching, and you see them loading up hundreds of gallons of diesel fuel and you see the actual models coming at you in the fire going around, its easier, you don't have to act as much. I enjoyed it, you obviously have to have some CGI in the movie as well. Those guys do an incredible job. Just phenomenal, combine the two and it's a hell of an experience. And as a fan do you ever separate yourself from what you are doing and say. That's a terminator right there. Oh yea, I do it all the time, of course you get used to it you are there each and every day but you stand back occasionally and go, I remember seeing this. I was about fourteen when I saw the first one and seventeen when I saw it in the theater the second one, of course, you cant help but feel that. I had a great time thanks. Wonderful
