KEEBZ: I feel a lot of kids nowadays they don’t study the dance enough. Learn everything
it has to offer and don’t be ignorant to its foundation. I do get nervous, but I feel like if
you use that to your advantage it’s when you do good. I try to be me, cause I can’t
be good at what he does, cause that’s not me, you know. I have to be me and only me.
What makes a good B-Boy is being well rounded. Style is everything (LAUGHS). It is. I mean
this dance is based upon one’s style, you know. You gotta have that presence, you know.
You gotta have a way you do things. You gotta learn how to move the crowd, you can’t be
boring. You need to catch their eye right away, so just having character. And the only
thing I’m more passionate about than breaking in life is my son and his upbringing. He keeps
me going. I learn from him and I always wanna be better for him so he grows up right.
