So, the very very first thing we're going to look at is the word: gonna. Can you repeat that? Gonna.

Then we have wanna. Wanna.

Next we have gotta, and then, hafta.

では、はじめに「Gonna」という単語を見てみましょう。これを繰り返して言ってみましょう。Gonna

Maybe you've heard gonna before. Does anyone know what it means? Gonna?

そして、「Wanna」という英単語です。

Gonna means, going to.

次は「Gotta」です。

So when we speak naturally in English we say, um, "I'm gonna go to the movies" or "I'm gonna go home."

そして、「Hafta」です。

We would never say "I'm going to go home."

たぶん「Gonna」という英単語を聞いたことがあるでしょう。意味を知っている人はいますか？「Gonna」

Say, "I'm gonna go home"

「Gonna」の意味は、「まさに～しようとしている（going to）」という意味です。

gonna go...ok?

なので、くだけて話す時に、「um, I'm gonna go to the movies.（えーと、私は今から映画を見に行こうかと思っているんです。）」という表現で使われています。

So gonna go is "going to" plus "go"

または、「I'm gonna go home.（家に帰ろうとしているんです。）」という表現で使えます。

You don't have to use go, you can use any other verb.

「I'm going to go home.（家に帰ろうとしているんです。）」という表現は使われていません。

The next one, wanna.

「I'm gonna go home.（家に帰ろうとしているんです。）」というのがよく使われています。

If this is going to, what do you think wanna means?

「 gonna go 」です。いいですか？

It means, want to.

つまり、「 gonna go 」イコール「 going to + go 」です。

So I can say "I wanna eat pizza." or "I wanna see a movie." or "I wanna go home."

特に「 go 」を使わなくてもいいです。ほかの動詞を使ってもいいです。

"I wanna go home." You can said like that.

次は、「 Wanna 」です。

So, instead of saying wants to, I want to go to the movies , we say I wanna go to the movies. I wanna see you. ok?

「Gonna」が「まさに～しようとしている（going to）」という意味であれば、「 Wanna 」の意味は何だと思いますか？

Then next one is gotta.

「～したい（want to） 」という意味です。たとえば、「I wanna eat pizza.（私はピザを食べたいです。）」

Gotta is very very strange the way the grammer was in this one.

「I wanna see a movie.（私は映画を見たいです。）」または、「I wanna go home.（私は家に帰りたいです。）」と言えます。

This is actually I have.

ですから、「I want to go to the movies（私は映画を見に行きたいです。）」の代わりに、「I wanna go to the movies.（私は映画を見に行きたいです。）」と言います。「 I wanna see you.（会いたいです。）」とか。いいですか？

Now, this is grammatically incorrect we should say "I have got to..."

次は、「Gotta」です。

We say gotta, so we said "I gotta go..."

「Gotta」は文法的におかしいです。

I gotta have. I gotta learn. I gotta learn English on Engvid

「～～しないと！（I have）」という意味です。これは全く間違った言い方です。「I have got to」が正解です。

And the last one is hafta.

「Gotta」という言い方のほうがよく使われます。「I gotta go（行かないと！）」、

We say have to.

「I gotta have（持たないと！）」、「I gotta learn（学習しないと！）」、「I gotta learn English on Engvid（Engvidで学習しないと！）」というのです。

So this say I have to go. You can say I hafta go

最後は「Hafta」です。

So, what you hafta remember... wow it's hafta! See? How nature that was, is in English, we change the word plus to, and we just change "a" , sometimes you put "ta", sometimes put "na".

「have to（～しなければならない）」と言います。

There's no rule for using "ta" or "na".

なので、

This you choose one two three four five words you can remember, gonna wanna gotta hafta that have "to" at the end.

「I have to go」というのは「I hafta go」と言います。

There's some more.

ですから、覚えなければならないのは、（ほら！今私は「hafta」を使いました！言い方は自然でしょ！）

英語では、「to」がついている単語を縮めるには、単純に「a」に短縮したり、 または単語の後ろに「ta」か「na」を置いたりします。

These are modals in English.

「ta」か「na」を使う絶対的な規則はないんです。

We have coulda , shoulda, woulda, and musta. Musta?

この5つの単語の中から、覚えられるのを覚えましょう。gonna wanna gotta hafta

So, these are actually how we say things like this.

これらの語尾には「to」がついています。

Wow it's far stretch. So instead of saying could have, "oh! I could have gone to the movies", we say " I coulda gone"

まだほかにあります。

Instead to saying should have, we said "shoulda"

ワクワクしてる？

This is we use for when we made a mistake. "oh, man! I shoulda gone to the movies!"

英語では、法助動詞と言います。

Why didn't I go?

coulda、shoulda,、woulda、とmustaがあります。 Musta？

This one, can you guess what this one is?

これらの単語はこんな場合に使うのです。

We say woulda, but it should be would have.

話がずれてしまった。「could have」の代わりに、「I could have gone to the movies（映画を見に行けるはずだったのに）」と言います。

And the last one is musta, must have.

「should have」の代わりに、「shoulda」と言います。

So, we said would have, we said "woulda", and must have we said "musta".

これはミスをした場合に使います。おお！神様よ！「I shoulda gone to the movies（映画を見に行っておくべきだった）」

We use the modal we never use "have", we say "a"

なんで私は行かなかったの？

very strange, and the last two, kind of fun.

この単語、意味を推測できますか？

I see this word a lot in TV commercials when they're advertising something that has" a lot of" something so they'll say stuff like lotsa tomatoes, or lotsa money, or lotsa pizza.

「woulda」と言いますが、「would have」の略です。

"Lotsa" is actually " a lot of".

最後の一つは「musta」で、「must have」の略です。

We totally take out the "a", and we change lot of to "lotsa".

「would have」を「woulda」と言うようになります。「must have」を「musta」と言うようになります。

I don't know why but yes I had no idea

法助動詞を使うときは、「have」ではなく、「a」を使います。

And this one, did anyone know what this one might be?

すごくおかしいです。最後の二つ、ちょっと面白いですよ！

this one is sort of.

テレビコマーシャルでよくこの単語を見ました。彼らが何かを宣伝するとき、よく「a lot of（たくさん）」を使います。

Sort of means a little bit or another things that we would say kind of or kinda.

たとえば、「lotsa of tomatoes（たくさんのトマト）」と言います。

There's the same thing so you can say," I sorta wanna go to the movies."

「lotsa money（たくさんのお金）」とか「lotsa pizza（たくさんのピザ）」

or I kinda wanna go to the movies

「lotsa 」とは、「a lot of（たくさん）」です。

It's not 100 percent it's like you're thinking about it.

「a 」を抜いて、「lot of」を「lotsa 」に変えます。

So, sorta and kinda, basically have the same meaning, they mean sort of or kind of, and this basically means a little bit.
