These words are spelled differently,  

これらの単語はスペルが異なります。

they have different meanings, but they  are pronounced exactly the same way.

は、意味は違いますが、発音は全く同じです。

We have

私たちは

missed which is fail to hit, failed to notice, or  sadness over not being in person with someone and

missedは、fail to hit、failed to notice、または、相手と直接会えない悲しさであり

mist which is cloud water droplets or to  cover with condensation or spraying with water

雲状の水滴であるミスト、または結露や水滴で覆うこと。

Lots of definitions today but only four little  sounds. So to say these words correctly let's  

今日はたくさんの定義がありますが、小さな音は4つだけです。では、これらの単語を正しく言うために、次のことを行ってみましょう。

start with that m sound M. Lips together, air  is moving out of the nose. Move to that short ih  

唇を合わせ、鼻から空気を出す。その短いihに移動する

sound and to do this mouth is  relaxed, it is slightly open,

and the tongue is just behind the  top front teeth, and it's relaxed

Then we're going to move to that s - tip of  the tongue is either pointed down or just
