Anybody can be an agent to change.

All it really takes is finding what you feel the most passion about.

I don't care what it is. It doesn't have to be a thing I care about.

But if it is an issue that stirs your passion, and by working on it you can contribute to the greater good - including for those who you do not necessarily like, politically or ideologically -

I think that everybody should volunteer a couple of hours a month.

I think people think that if they can't tackle all of the world's problems and make it all better overnight, there's no purpose.

I totally disbelieve that.

I believe that every action really does contribute to change.

The power that each and every one of us has to decide whether we want to be participants in creating the world we live in, or we choose - and this is also a choice that we pretend isn't - we CHOOSE to do nothing.

みんながそれぞれ持っている力は私たちが住んでいるこの世界を一緒に創造するかどうかを決めます。もしくは　-　私達はよくこの選択肢を選択肢ではないように装いますが　-　何もしないことを『選びました』。

People say, "I'm not interested in politics."

みんな「私は政治に興味ない」と言います。

Every single thing we do is politics.

しかし、私たちがする全てのことも政治なのです。

The interaction of human beings is politics writ large.

人と人の交流は明らかに政治です。

I believe that we have to feel empowered to make that choice.

私達は選択ができるという権利を与えられたと気づくべきだと思います。

If we choose to feel passion about something and do nothing, you have chosen to do nothing.

もし、あることに情熱を持ちながらなにもしていないとしたら、あなたは何もなしいことを選んだのです。

Believe me, there are other people who will step into that gap, take your power and use it to accomplish what they want.

私を信じてください。そのギャップに足を踏み入れてしまう人々まだがいます、ですから、自分の権利を持って彼らの望みを果たしましょう。
