It didn't work out in Philly, but I feel like he had the best marriage right.

It's like he had two divorces and then he found the person that was right for him in Pat Riley.

And now you're seeing this culture that has been able to build a NAWF season.

Guys, they were having 4 a.m. workouts.

We're coming to the facilities at 4 a.m. To work out because Jimmy Butler mandated that was the standard of excellence that he had.

I mean, it felt like him and Joel on the same page, but there seemed like there was an issue with been, you know, I've been in Joel had some issues, and, you know, Jimmy deals with this issues very much face to face, and I'm not sure that they were able to deal with their issues that way.

So this is the right marriage for him in Miami, in Miami.
