Today we're doing one of my favorite stories of all time,

Now, I know what you're thinking,

you're thinking Orange is gonna come in

オレンジが入ってくると思っているのか

and totally ruin the story right?

話が台無しになってしまうのでは？

- Wrong!

- 違った！

I just finished watching it

見終わったところです

and I thought it was the cat's pajamas (laughs)!

と思ったら、猫のパジャマだった（笑

- Great to hear.

- 聞けてよかった

What was your favorite part, Orange?

オレンジちゃんはどんなところが好きだったの？

- Oh man, how can I choose?

- どうやって選べばいいんだ？

The animals, the songs, the villain.

動物も、歌も、悪役も。

Oh don't make me decide,

私に決めさせないで

it was all too good!

素晴らしすぎた

- Okay, okay I won't make you decide.

- わかった、わかった......君に決めさせたりはしないよ。

that I just finished watching it

Once upon a time, a new baby prince was born.

And all the animals from

There were zebras, elephants.

シマウマやゾウがいました。

- [Orange] Snow leopards, crocodiles.

- オレンジ】ユキヒョウ、ワニ

- [Pear] Giraffes, rhinos.

- 梨】キリン、サイ。

- [Orange] Rednecks, ATVs and of course,

- 赤ん坊にバギー、そしてもちろんだ

tigers. (tires squeeling)

- [Pear] Um, I don't recall any

- えーと、覚えていません。

of those being there,

but the point is there were

- [Orange] Exactly, and they all looked up

towards Southern Pride Rock

for a glimpse at the baby.

The music crescendoed

音楽はクレッシェンドした

and all the animals went nuts

獣どもは気が狂う

and bam, The Tiger King.

そして、バン、タイガーキング。

- Stop, stop everything. (record scratching)

- ストップ、すべてを停止します。（レコードスクラッチ）

- What?

- 何だと？

What's the matter?

どうしたの？

Was his mullet not long enough?

彼のボラは長さが足りなかったのか？

- Orange, I don't think you watched The Lion King.

- オレンジ、ライオンキングを見てないんじゃないの？

I think you watched Tiger King.

タイガーキングを見ていたのではないでしょうか。

- They're not the same thing?

- 同じものではないのか？

- No, they're completely different things,

- いや、全くの別物だ。

just as lions and tigers

獅子虎の如く

are completely different animals.

は全く別の動物です。

- Hmm, I don't know about that.

- うーん、どうなんでしょうね。

Ever heard of a liger?

I learned about it when

- [Orange] Realized he'd never

It's probably better than your movie anyway.

- We are not gonna debate this!

Now then, after his father's death

父の死後の今

Simba goes away-

- [Orange] To prison, where he serves

- 刑務所で服役している

22 years for attempting to hire a hit man.

殺し屋を雇おうとした罪で22年

- [Pear] (groans) Until one day his father

- [梨] (うめき声) ある日 父親が来るまで

appears in the sky and tells him-

- [Orange] You'll never recover

- [オレンジ]もう元には戻れない

- And does it have murder, mayhem and masses?

- Yes. - Then it really can't be

to reclaim his throne

only to find that Jeff had stolen the zoo.

ジェフが動物園を盗んだことに 気付いただけだ

- [Pear] Zoo?

- 梨】動物園？

What Zoo?

動物園って何？

And who's Jeff? (tiger roars) Ah, what does it matter?

ジェフって誰？(虎の咆哮) ああ、それがどうした？

The story's already ruined anyway.

どうせもうストーリーが破綻してるんだから

- [Orange] So Simba and Jeff got into a big fight.

- シンバとジェフが大喧嘩になったんですね。

Jeff tried to get Simba killed

ジェフはシンバを殺そうとした

by putting sardine oil on Simba's foot.

シンバの足に鰯油を塗って

So then Simba bit Jeff's arm off.

それでシンバはジェフの腕を噛み切った。

But guess what?

でも、何だと思う？

It wasn't a big deal.

大したことではなかった。

Nobody sued anybody

誰も誰も訴えていない

and the pride lands continued on

誇りの地は続く

as they always had.

いつものように

And everyone lived their best lives

そして、誰もが最高の人生を送った

driving ATVs, wearing cat prints

キャットプリントを着てバギーを運転

and making horrible country music videos.

- [Pear] Yeah, pretty sure we're gettin'

- そうだな かなりの確率で

sued for this.

これで訴えられました。

- [Orange] Oh, no!

- あーあ、ダメだ！

We'll never recover financially! (laughs)

財政的には絶対に回復しない!(笑)
