First of all, congratulations.

The family got a lot bigger since I've seen you.

How did that happen?

I went from 2 to 4.

I have I have what they call Irish twins.

You see, I was born the day of my birthday last year, and seven months later, Wren was born.

So family, big family, big production.

And it's an amber happy.

I'm the happiest man.

Oh, that's so cute.

That's great.

And you've been so sweet that the post that you did on instagram about your emotions during this quarantine that was first of all really important too, because I think everyone is going through something.

So it's great that you did that.

I mean, uh, for the 1st 2 weeks, l and I want my in the quarantine.

I was I was extremely overwhelmed.

I'm doing better now.

I'm in a really good place.

My family is fantastic.

Everybody's healthy.

Uh, I'm doing my quarantine with my mom.

She's here with us, and it's Ah, it's been intense, but at the same time very gratifying in many.

In many ways, there's a lot of good info.

Are you coming in?

Are you good with with sitting still?

Cause I mean you You know, I know that you take breaks, obviously, but you're used to working and being on tour and moving constantly and not sitting in the same place.

Is that part of it?

Compounded by, of course, the pandemic.

But I mean, is it is it easy for you to sit snow?

To be honest, Ellen, um uh, I'm very I love.

I love being at home.

I love I go out when I have to.

You know, I you know, we live in this mountain, and then we go down to the city.

We make some noise and way to go back to our mountain, and and we're used to kind of being isolated, but, um, but it's still it was overwhelming.

It was It was not knowing what was going to be uncertain to the control.

The fear that Thea anxiety, the grieve, the sadness.

I was sad, Uh, and then I was obviously poker face because I you know my kids, they need to seem strong.

Happy.

So it Zbynek intense.

But I turned it into music.

Ellen, I turned.

I just worked on my album, and amazing things came out when you know, being in quarantine.

So let's see what happens.

Yeah, well, I can't wait, and that's that's the beauty.

And I think I think we're gonna find from everyone who's a creative person, whether it's it's fashion or music or writing.

I think this is going to shape all everything in a different way.

We're going to see a lot of difference in what comes out of this as faras from creative people.

So that's Ah, I'm curious to see that How is I have to ask how Puerto Rico is doing?

Because I know that the last we spoke, we were we were working on helping with that.

And how's it doing?

Well, you know, Puerto Rico, I don't know if if you know, but we had a series of earthquakes in January and then boom the pandemic and then we had more earthquakes through the pandemic.

And we have lots of refugees, people that are living out in the streets with no water living in tens.

Kids are super exposed, impossible to practice social distancing.

And and that's what we're working on.

At the moment, we we were able to bring to 50 hospitals in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republican and in the U.

S PP for the for the front line workers.

But, uh, we need we need to do more now.

It's the time when we really have to, you know, you know, joined forces and work for the victims because the after shock that most of these families air going through, uh, it's it's a bit too intense.

So my idea is to bring number one education, health, mental health.

I want to bring professionals to make them cipher or just put their thoughts in order.

Uh, there's there's there's a lot that needs to be done.

And, of course, PPE is for everyone.

And a lot of well, let's hope that there's so many people that need so much right now.

Um, we have to take a break.
