Actually, I just needed a transition to get to this next bit. We talked about it on the show before. Yes. This year, you started something called slow walking. And it really, really caught on. Tell everybody what it involves, if it's not self-explanatory. It's very quick. It's slow walking with Andy 2020. It's offered exclusively for free on Instagram. And it's basically, all you have to do is walk slowly for 20 minutes, 20 days out of the month, and you've accomplished something. And it's just a very, very, low bar to hit. Yeah. So it's easy. Yeah, but there are a lot of us who didn't do any movement before this, so it's something. All right, well good. So since you're such an incredible walker, I came up with a challenge for you today. You've got an Apple Watch, right? I do have an Apple Watch. OK. I want you to use it to count how many steps you take during the show, because you walk a lot. I do. I mean, you just paced back and forth. I do. You're wearing a-- there's an entire path of my yard to see where you were. And for every step that you take, our friends at Shutterfly are going to donate $1 to the America's Food Fund. Wow. OK. Thank you. Yeah, yeah. So now, we're-- your walking and pacing will actually do something. Today is not the day to roll an ankle. Be careful. All right, start walking. We'll see how much you raise. I mean-- I don't know why I'm lifting-- High knees. High knee. High knees. Not hiney, but high knees. Yeah, like that. High knees. Yep. Can't go back to the show. We have a lot of show today. I know, but real higher knees. Higher, higher. That doesn't-- Higher. That's not going to raise money for the people. Higher. [LAUGHTER] This doesn't. Yeah, it does. No, it almost counts as three steps. Go. It doesn't register as three. I want 1,000 by the time we come back from commercial. We'll be right back. Andy? Yeah. How are you doing? I'm doing good. I'm moving at a good clip, faster than my normal slow walk. But it's for charity. I don't see you. OK, well I'm here. All right. Fast, fast, feet. Let me see you. Let me see move in because that'll count. I was wrong about the high knees. I'm moving as fast as I can. I don't see you. I'm coming up. Coming up. OK. Right here. Fast feet. Double time. Double time. Double time. Fast feet. I don't see you. Where are you coming from? I'm here. The camera is looking for me, I can see it. Yeah. I'm here. There you go. Got it. OK, fast feet. OK. Fast feet. Yeah, feet. Fast feet. But then I'm going to burn out. Up, up and down. Up and down. Fast feet. Fast, fast. Yes, fast feet. Fast feet. This isn't how my program works. Not high knees, fast feet. Fast feet. Almost like a little gazelle. Yup, yup, yup. This isn't my program. This is it. This is new. Oh. That's good. Look how many-- do you know how many steps you're doing now? Yes, I am. Yeah, keep going. But we have a lot of show left. Like a little gazelle. Little a little gazelle. This is not the-- There's a lion chasing you. Roar. Go, go. I'm a gazelle. OK, come on. Ellen, we don't have time for this. This show is packed. All right, we'll be back. Andy, well we're scrolling. How many steps have you taken? Oh God. 7,423. All right, that's $7,423 to America's Food Fund. Thank you, Shutterfly. Thank you, Andy. Great job. No need to stop, though. Just keep going. I'm going to round that off with my own money to $10,000. Andy, that's wonderful. You got it. Where'd you get that water? Thanks for watching. Stay safe. Be kind to one another. Bye bye.
