Is scheduling to get back into some sort of business off getting ready to play basketball, potentially as early as in a couple of weeks around June 1 is what we're hearing is what's going on.

A team get ready to get started because we know part of the issues with the MBA in the number of sports golf, tennis, internationally based.

Sports are Ah, lot of guys went back home.

A lot of guys went back to their home country.

And so going through the process of getting them back here now, in the medical steps you need to take our are going to be something that takes a bit of time in the n B A.

I think is starting to get the wheels in motion.

We're starting to see like we said, some of the other leagues, whether it's Bundesliga, where there's more people, I should say, you know, a NASCAR and UFC and things so to kind of see how some people are going about their business and listen.

They put everything into place, and they can have their 60 page reports, you know, in their guidelines and follow their guidelines.

And that's what all of them are going to do.

And they're going to come back and they're going to start.

And then it's going to happen and it's going to happen everywhere, right?

Someone's gonna test pause.

Of course they're multiple.

People are going to test positive.

What is going to then be the reaction to that?

Well, it's interesting.

Write The story came out yesterday that the Redskins draft pick, I think six or seventh around the the kid out of Liberty Antonio Gandhi Golden.

He actually tested positive the predraft process in March self quarantine, and by April he was cleared and he was symptom free.

And that's That's gonna be the interesting part of this because right now, the sources are telling ESPN the league is discussing a step by step plan that includes a two week initial recall of players into team marketplace, played marketplaces for a period of a quarantine, about one or two weeks of individual workouts, a team facilities and then a to two week, three week formal training camp.

So sometime for quarantining built into that as people come back, that is the other thing is you're right.

People are going to come back and test positive.

But you also don't know what's happened for a lot of guys as they've been away.

What's going on?

That's the other part that you can't control is these guys have been at home.

You don't know what they've been doing there.

You hope they've all been following the guidelines.

They need to, but you can't possibly predict.

So we know when sports return.

There's the medical side of the situation that needs to be cleared up, and that's something that they're dealing with as you alluded to junior with this sort of quarantine into the ramp up to the season.

And then there's the other side of it, which is the monetary side, and we've certainly seen that started to play out.

Very ugly, very ugly, ugly.

It has been very public and very ugly for lack of a better term.

But here's woes basically saying that's not going to be the case in the MBA.

I don't think you can get his contentious as baseball is.

I think there's a better.

There's a better working relationship, especially among Adam Silver and the star players in the league.

And you know this.

The star players contrive so much of the conversation and and help helps shape the thinking of their peers around the league.

And Adam Silver's relationships with those guys is strong, more so than even some of the individual owners.

And that's a big difference between the baseball between baseball and the N B A.

And the financial structure has already said they're not arguing right now over what the players are going to play.

The players know they're gonna lose money based on how many games were canceled.

The big fight in the N B A.

A couple of things, they're a translation.

We don't hate each other the way baseball working relationship there in the majors without they've been experiencing tons of growth.

Everybody's making a ton of money, and you've got a bunch of star players that have certainly helped drive the league and they're all over the place.

But the other thing that he sort of dropped in there the s next season will be interesting based on the dynamics of what happened here.

Well, I mean, you look at that in all sports.

You know, we've seen the cap in the NFL go up and up and up.

What if there's no fans this year?

What if that goes in the next year?

The cap.

You know what's in a 1 90 192 million could go down, you know.

So in basketball the salaries could actually go down or the money available go down so that that's one of the O's for them.

They all know that they will know, and we'll work together on this year is going to be what it is.

It's going to be going in the future.

The effect there.

Yeah, because that's the thing that's precipitated.

This for Major League Baseball is they were already a sport that we talked about.

All right, maybe the interest isn't quite what it used to be in all this.

We know what they had gone through with the free agency period with players in the last couple of years that had really been straining the relationship.

So they were already bringing a strained relationship into a time now where that was going to be tested further.

The MBA sits on a great foundation, and their test will soon come correct.

And then So when players return, how are they going to be treated and handled?

Because, listen, I'm sure there's some teams like the Warriors that couldn't care less whether or not this season resumes.

Then there are other teams like the Lakers, like the Bucks, like the Clippers, who want to get this thing done because they have a chance to get a chip and not have to do all the things you might not only have to do to get it through.

The NBA's in a unique position because they're looking to sprint to finish the season and they're talking about a potentially altered playoff scenario in a tournament.

All that indicate this is a short term solution to try and give you the ultimate prize.

Whereas football, Major League baseball, the sports that have yet to start It's gonna be more of a lifestyle for you if you come back to a situation like this.

I think the teams at the lower end in basketball would like to be hockey right now.

NHL is talking about coming back with a playoff format.

Expanded 24 team playoff.

12 of these conference with the first top four news conference getting a by five through 12 doing kind of a play into that.

But that leaves the bottom teams out.

We're going.

Seems like Golden State wouldn't even have to come back and say, We're done.

But all this stuff is encouraging because it seems like plans are legitimately being put in place for the resumption of these things that have really been halted since early in March.
