字幕表 動画を再生する 英語字幕をプリント hi this is Jennifer from Tarle speech with your pronunciation question today's question is how do I say the word Constitution which are the fundamental principles of a an organization or a country so let's take a look at this word Constitution we're going to break this down into syllables and so think of this more as a word stress lesson this week so word stress here is going to really impact this word and it's a little different than is typical the word stress is going to be more towards the end of the word because we have that tion ending I have a class on that I feel interested in how to pronounce those tion endings so I'll put a link at the bottom of the video for you so let's start with syllable number one con it's gonna be nice and short yes there is that open vowel the short con and then we're gonna quickly move into this really short syllable Consta con sta and you're gonna have that schwa sound there consta then we're gonna move to the stressed syllable - to stress the syllable we're going to make it a little louder the vowel a little longer and the pitch a little bit higher that being said most of my clients really mess up syllable stress because the vowels are too short and typically the same length so make sure that you make this vowel extra long to get that stress correct and then last we're going to end with the tion syllable tion consta two shun Constitution Constitution Constitution Constitution give it a try I know people will notice the difference if you found this helpful please give us a like and a share don't forget to subscribe so you never miss a video and we love hearing from you so leave us a comment in the comment section below or visit us at tarle speech dot comm thank you so much and we'll see again soon
