Since I did a video on my last Shibuya apartment

前に住んでたマンションツアーの後

And I also did a video on moving to this new place

新居への引越し動画を作ったから

A lot of people been asking for a full tour of this new apartment

こっちの家のツアーが見たいっていう リクエストをたくさんもらったんだよな

So here it is the old Shibuya apartment was about 35 square meters

だから作ることにしたぞ

while this new apartment is 70 square meters

古いマンションは３５m2で小さかったんだけど

Which works out to be about

ここは７０m2

750 square feet

オラ達はこのくらいの 大きさのマンションをずっと探してたんだ

Which is kind of what Maiko and I were looking for

もうすぐ赤ちゃんも生まれるし

when looking for new place.

オラとマイコと新しい家族の三人が住むのに 前より大きな家に住み替えたんだ

As many of you know

セカンドチャンネルTOKYOZEBRAを見てるみんなは知ってると思うけど

We're about to have a baby soon

ここを探すのにスッゲー苦労したんだぞ

So, finding a place that just had a little bit more room

でも、運良くここを見つけることができた

for Michael, myself and the new baby

オラ達が引越したのは 日本が緊急事態宣言をする前なんだ

Just made a lot of sense to us

そのおかげで、こもり生活をしてるけど 少しだけましかな

and we finally moved in and luckily for us

まずは玄関から！

We moved into this new apartment several weeks before

前の家と比べるとだいぶ広いし幅もある

Japan declared a state of emergency

ここで一番オラが気に入ってるのは、 ビルトインシューズクローゼット

Which, has made the quarantine a little bit more bearable

ようやく自分の靴を入れるスペースが持てた

もう一つ、玄関エリアで気に入ってるのは、、、

So, first of all

花瓶とか写真を飾れるスペースがあるところ

This is the entrance area

オラが今何を飾ってるか、見たいよな

and as you can see it's a lot wider and more spacious

てか、みんなに見せたい！

than my previous apartment

オラはここにYouTube登録者100万人プレイボタン盾を飾ってんだ

So, one of the things that I appreciate the most

みんながいなかったら、叶わなかった夢だ

is that in this place, it has a built-in storage for shoes

だから本当にありがとう みんなのサポートに感謝してる

Finally, I get my own dedicated closet here

それともう一つ… プレイボタンをよーく見ると

and then just next to it

Maiko has her own dedicated closet for shoes as well

二人でやってるチャンネルだからな

and just below I keep some of my workout equipment

So, if I need to go and I'm on the run I can just quickly grab it and go

Also, another thing that I appreciate

よっしゃ、じゃあ次はリビングだ

is that the apartment has a lot of built-in wall hooks.

ここがメインのリビング、ダイニング、 キッチンエリア

In fact, it's proven quite useful because I'm able to hang a hand sanitizer just right here at the entrance

日本ではこのマンションは２LDKって言うんだけど

and there you go!

ベッドルームが２つにリビング、ダイニング、キッチンって言う意味があるんだ

My hands all sanitized now.

あとでベッドルームも見せるけど

And another thing that I really love about this new place

このスペースについてまず説明するな

Is that just in front of the entrance

オラとマイコがこの部屋をレイアウトするのに 一番重要視してたのは

there's a little space

ごちゃごちゃしていないこと

where you can actually put a vase and hang something if you really want

数週間前にアップした渋谷の マンションツアーを見たらわかるけど

Let me show you what I put in front of the entrance

スッゲー狭いスペースだっただろ

because I'm kind of a little proud of it

狭かったせいで、物で溢れかえってたんだ

オラはすげー嫌だったんだ

that said let me now show you the living room

ちょうどこの辺に来る設定

Alright, so this is the main living, dining and kitchen area

で、あそこにメインのソファーをおくんだ

In fact, we live in a 2 ldk

あと１、２ヶ月届くのに時間がかかるんだ

which, means in Japan

じゃあ、あっち側に移動すっぞ

two bedrooms living, dining and the kitchen

知ってると思うけど、オラとマイコは 家で仕事をしてる

So, I'll be showing you the other two bedrooms shortly

それで、このエリアにワークデスクを置いてるんだ

but let me just go through and kind of show you

ワークエリアをメインのリビングスペースに置くことを需要視してたんだ

what we did around this space.

そしたら、仕事中でも赤ちゃんの面倒が観れるだろ

One of the things that was really

伝わりづらいかもしれねぇけど、 この部屋は変な三角形になってるんだ

important to Maiko and I

だから、うまいことスペースを調整する必要があった

When kind of setting up this place

恐らくだけど、

was to make sure

あのエリアはテレビとかを置く リビングスペース用に作られてたんだ

we didn't have a lot of clutter.

ソファーがこの辺であっち向きになる感じ

If you saw this Shibuya apartment tour

でも、オラ達はテレビはここ窓の前において

just a few weeks ago

スペースを開けるようにしたんだ

You notice that we lived in a fairly cramped space

ワークステーションがあそこにあるからな

and because it was so cramped.

これをしたから、照明の位置を変える必要があったんだ

We just had so much clutter, which just

これって、みんなの国でも一緒なのかな

I really really hated

照明の設置場所ってきまってるんだ

so, in this new space

照明の位置を移動するのに、 照明用のバーを買って付けなきゃいけなかったんだ

I kinda wanted to try to keep it as simple as possible

そしたら１メートルは移動できる

One of the things you'll probably notice first

ダイニングも同じだ

Is that the living dining kitchen is all connected into this one space.

あ、一つこの部屋でオラが嫌いな点について話すな

We wanted to have this kind of Island kitchen behind me

解決策は見つかったけどな

So, that in the future when we're doing more vlogs on

アイランドキッチンのすぐ下に

our Tokyo Zebra channel

オラは空気洗浄機を置きたかったんだ

We'll be able to kind of show you more what's going on

でも問題は、ここにコンセントが一つもなかったこと

in the kitchen, in the living room

部屋の反対側にしかコンセントはない

without having to go to all these like separate rooms.

オラはケーブルが見えるのが嫌いだから

So, we have the main island kitchen there

モールディングを部屋の反対側から こっち側まで設置した

We have a little dining set over there.

ベースボードの色が場所によって違うから、 モールディングも色も合わせたぞ

And then we just have this living room

で、最後にボックスにケーブルを入れ込んで ごちゃっと見えないようにした

this space right here

ちょっとしたことだけど これで気分がだいぶよくなるんだ

You can see that the zebra carpet

それからオラがこの部屋で気に入ってる点は

which, kind of goes to the Tokyo Zebra Motif.

部屋が窓に囲まれてるところだ

This kind of separates the dining and the living room area,

窓を全開にすると、 スペースが広くなったように感じるんだ

but one thing about this living room area

欧米に住んでるみんなはきっと この部屋は狭いって思ってると思うけど

We're actually still waiting for a sofa to be delivered

ここは日本だからな これがオラ達の精一杯だわ

This pink chair behind me should just be going actually like right here

この部屋はいい感じにまとまってると思うぞ

and then there we're supposed to have another sofa,

みんなはどう思う？

but we just couldn't get it in time.

あ、でもオラがやったっていっちゃダメか デザインとレイアウトしたのはマイコだから

It might just take another month or two to be delivered

家具を選んだのもカーペットを選んだのも 全部マイコだもんな

So what can you do.

オラは同意するだけだ そうしたのは正解だと思ってる

Now, let me show you this apartment from that side of the room

あ、でもテレビはオラで選んだぞ

So, a lot of you already know that

二人で同意してたのは、 これ以上大きなサイズのテレビは買わないってことだ

Maiko and I work from home

ここがキッチン

So, we've actually set up this little area

さっきも言ったけど、とにかくオープンキッチン なのが気に入ってるんだ

for our work desk

ここに立って部屋全体が見渡せるのもいいし

So, one of the things that was quite important to us,

眺めを楽しんだり、テレビを見たり

was to keep the work stations here in the main living area

それに赤ちゃんがこれから生まれるから

so that when that baby comes we can also watch over

キッチンで家事をしながら、赤ちゃんを見てられる

the baby while we're working

日本のマンションのキッチンてさ

But, if you already haven't noticed

前の家もそうだけど

this room is kind of in a weird triangle shape

キッチンが違う部屋になってることが多いんだ

So, we kind of had to make adjustments

そうすると、ダイニングやリビングで 何が起きてるかがわからないだろ

in order to make this room work.

オラ達にとっては断然こっちのがいい

First of all, I think this area was originally intended

それと、キッチンシンクが大きいのも気に入ってるし

to be kind of like

前の家は２口コンロだったけど、今回は３口！

where you put your TVs and everything

前はなかった魚グリルもついてるし

and then maybe the couch would go here

極め付けはオーブンレンジ！

and you'd face that way

だからオーブン料理が作れる

but instead we actually decided to put the TV here

すでに、マイコがラザニアとかクッキーとかを 作ってくれたんだ

in front of the window

メシのレパートリーが増える！

just to open up the space

オラは食うのが好きだから嬉しい！

a little bit more,

でもオーブン自体はそんなに大きくはねぇ

because we do have these work stations here

東京のマンションでオーブン付きって 珍しいからさ

and because we did that

あるだけでもオラ達はハッピーだ

we had to kind of reposition the lights.

日本でオーブンが欲しいなら、大体の人は 別売の個体オーブンを買うんだ

What you'll find I don't know this might be similar to your country

ビルトインは珍しいから

But, the light fixtures and apartments are fixed to one location

オラ達も、ビルトインオーブンがなかったら 買おうと思ってたんだ

in order to get around that

あそこの棚には皿とかを収納してて

I had to get this light fixture bar,

シンク下にフライパンとかが入ってる

where I can move the light

このキッチンで一つ好きじゃないのは

one meter away and pretty much the same thing

後ろのこの棚

for the dining room as well.

もう少しギャップがあったら物が置けたのになって

Oh, but let me show you

ここに物が置けないから

One thing, I didn't like about this room,

カートを新しく買って、ここにおいてるんだ

but was able to find a solution for

炊飯器とかオーブントースター、 他諸々ここに収納してる

so just underneath the island kitchen

ここの後ろには冷蔵庫

I actually wanted to put the air filter right here,

前の家と比べると、本当に便利な位置になった

but the problem is they didn't have any electrical outlets

日本でここみたいな オープンキッチンって本当に珍しいんだ

They only had it on the other side of the room

ここがバスルーム そんなに見所はないかな

So, what I actually did to just like clean things up

大体キャビネット裏に物を隠してるから

because I really hate cables all over the place

ソープを置いてたり

It was I ran some molding

マイコのなんか変なやつが置いてある

from that side of the wall

オラにはこれが何かは分からねぇ

all the way to this side of the wall

あとメガネが置いてある

and because the color of the baseboard changed

こっちには洗濯乾燥機が置いてある

I also changed the color of the molding

これは一つで二役なんだ

and then determinated

洗濯物を中に入れて、洗った後に 自動的に乾燥に切り替わるんだ

I made this little box where I can put all the cables in,

数時間後には畳むだけ

so it's not so messy

洗濯乾燥機の隣にはシャワー＆風呂場

I know pretty simple, but these little things just make me super happy

一つのスペースに両方ある

And another thing that I just really love about this space

オラの左にはシャワーがあって

is just how the windows wrap around this entire room,

オラが今立ってるの実はバスタブだ

so that when you pull back the curtains

ほとんどの日本のバスタブには 自動湯沸かし器がついてる

you really feel like there's a lot more space

風呂に入る前に、パネルのボタンを押すだけで

than It is right now,

希望の温度と湯量でお湯張りしてくれるんだ

because I know a lot of you

正直オラは風呂に浸かる派じゃなくて シャワー派なんだけど

who live in Western countries

マイコはよく使ってる

probably think that, this is a pretty small place

場合によると思うけど、便利なことは確かだ

But it's Japan.

このベッドルームをオラはミニスタジオしたんだ

So what can you do

このチャンネルを作った時からずっと スタジオを作りたいと思ってたんだけど

Overall, I think we did a decent job

前の家はスペースがなさすぎて作れなかったんだ

on making this room work

ようやく新しい家でスタジオを作ることができた

I don't know.

他の部屋と同じように、完成してはいねぇんだけど

とりあえず今はこんな感じ

Pretty much, I just had to agree to whatever she wanted

オラのすぐ後ろには、撮影スタジオ

and I'm pretty happy that I did

LEDパネルが二つ

Oh, but I did get to choose a TV.

カメラにマイクをテーブルに設置したんだ

The only thing is we agreed that

何がクールかって、このテーブルコロコロ転がるんだ

I wouldn't go any bigger than this one

だから、あっちの部屋まで 持っていくことができるんだ

So, this is the kitchen area

オラ達がずっとしたかったのはカメラが セットしたままの状態をキープすること

and as I said before

オラが撮影したい時や

one of the things I love the most about this area

マイコが撮影したい時

is that it's an open kitchen

毎回セットアップに時間を費やす必要がないように

It's just so nice to sit back here

ちなみにソファーは前の家から持ってきたやつ

and be able to see the rest of the room

キャビネットも前の家のやつ

see the views to the TV and also since we have a baby

ほとんどが前の家から持ってきたやつだな

on the way

この照明とこの新しいテーブル以外

It'll be cool to be able to like do stuff here in the kitchen,

なんでこのテーブルを買ったかっていうと

while also being able to watch the baby

たまに立って仕事をしたい時があるからと

because what you'll find in a lot of Japanese apartments

DIYの作業用

Especially, like the one we had before

切ったりネジ入れたりできる場所が欲しかったんだ

the kitchen is kind of in a separate room

これはヘビーな作業に向いてるテーブルなんだ

It's difficult to see what's going on in the dining room

別途、このスタジオをどう組み立てたかの動画を TOKYOZEBRAに詳しくあげようと思ってるから

or the Living room

どうやって機材を選んだからとか どう組み立てたかとかな

It just makes life easier for us.

それはTOKYOZEBRAにアップする予定だから

Also, what I do like is a kitchen sink is bigger

この撮影スタジオがどう作られたかに興味があったら そっちに登録してくれよな

Before, we have two burners on the stove.

後、このキャビネットのなかは オラがずっとしたかったことをしたんだ

Now, we have three burners

Casey Neistatにインスピレーションを受けたやつ

We have a little fish grill,

もう何年も前に彼の動画を見始めたんだけど

Which I didn't have before

彼の撮影スタジオには道具や機材が バックグラウンドとかに整理されてて

and now we have an oven microwave system,

何か作りたい時にはすぐに手に取れる環境が整ってたんだ

so we can actually bake stuff

オラはクリーンフリークで、ごちゃごちゃは隠したいけど

Maiko's already made lasagna, cookies

物がすぐに出しやすいようにしたかったんだ

and all that kind of stuff.

この白いキャビネットの中には 道具や細々した物をまとめてて

It just opens up all the stuff

何か作る時にはここに行けばいい

that we can eat and you know

この後ろのキャビネットの中には

I love food

充電ステーションとカメラを整理しておいてる

So, the thing is it's not actually the biggest oven

こうやって、常に整理しておくことで 効率的に作業ができるんだ

in the world but ovens are really hard to come by in

特にオラとマイコがこのチャンネルでしてる 仕事の流れだとそうだ

Apartments in Tokyo.

でも、将来もしかしたら息子の部屋に 代っちまうかも知れねぇ

So, we're just super happy that we have it

そうなったら悲しいけどな

I think a lot of people today

だって、ここを作り上げるのにスッゲー 時間費やしたから

who want ovens will actually buy separate ones that they

何時間も、どこをどうするか計画したから

set in their kitchen

ここはオラのスペースって感じなんだ

They don't actually have ones that are built in

マイコは他のエリアをデザインする代わりに

in fact

で、オラはこの部屋を好きにしていいことになってたんだ

That's one of the things that Maiko and I were really

ま、こんな感じだ

considering if we didn't have an oven

残りのツアーを続けるぞ

in the new apartment

ここがトイレ バスルームからは離れて部屋になってる

We were probably just gonna get a stand alone one

トイレ自体には大体の自動機能がついてる

and just hook it up and connect it somewhere

ウォシュレットにビデ

and then just beyond there

真隣に棚があるんだけど

You keep all the dishes

棚の下は変なスペースが空いてたんだ

and then we have some pots down below

でも、ちょうどいい大きさのキャビネットを うまいこと嵌め込むことができた

One thing though that I didn't particularly like about this kitchen.

収納スペースを追加だ

There's this kind of a shelf area just behind me

でも正直、このトイレにスペースを使いすぎてると思うんだよな

I wish they had just a little bit more depth,

トイレの部屋を半分にして クローゼットにしたら最高だったのにな

so that we can actually put stuff on there

最後に、ここがメインベッドルーム

But since we can't

見ての通り、スッゲーシンプルだろ

it's kind of limited.

この部屋にはあまり金を使わないことにしてたんだ

We've actually had to buy this cart separately

ここで時間をそんなに過ごすことにならないから

that's just sitting right here,

よくあるベッドにナイトスタンド二つ

so that we can put the rice cooker,

横にはクローゼットと立ち鏡

put the toaster oven and just a little bit more supplies
