Whether you be working in a grocery store or a nurse or a doctor or a firefighter or anyone else who's work is deemed essential in these moments, we want to say a huge thank you for what you are doing for all of us.

We we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and for everyone else I'd like to take a minute on remind you of the importance of staying in now.

You have heard a lot about staying in over the past few weeks on Dhe.

If you've been living under a rock and you haven't heard anything about it, you should go back and remain under that rock.

Now, for most of us, we've been doing this staying in thing for about two weeks, whether it be on lock down or safe shelter or whatever you wanna call it.

We've been staying in and trying to help, and some of you might be at the point where you're feeling a bit bored or you start to think it's OK if I nip round to somebody's house.

It's okay if I pop to see some friends because you have seen photos like this of people wandering in a park or people hanging out at the beach and even little gatherings in Washington.

Now I know lots of young people watch our show on.

I'd like to talk to those young people right now because I am begging you.

However tough is at home.

Whatever is happening with your friends outside, I'm begging you to be the one who stays inside.

Now you might be hearing your friends say things like, How is it even worse than catching the flu on?

There are major differences between covert 19 on the seasonal flu.

For a start, there's a vaccine for the flu on There isn't for covert 19 and much is the seasonal.

Flu is serious for lots and lots of people.

Cove in 19 is roughly 10 times more lethal.

When you get the flu, two things happen.

Number one.

You get overly invested in the bold and the beautiful, even though you've never seen it before.

And can I just say I cannot believe that Brooke kissed Donna's husband?

It's scandalous.

The other thing that's gonna happen.

If you go out with the flu, you're gonna infect.

On average, 1.3 people on those 1.3 people will, in fact, 1.3 people.

And if that happens 10 times, you will have Bean responsible for giving the flu Tau 14 people.

And that's to BTS is on a couch, getting invested in the bold and the beautiful.

Now, while the flu is infectious, the Corona virus is very, very, very infectious.

Unlike the flu, where you're likely to infect 1.3 people if you are carrying covert 19 the Corona virus, it's thought that on average you are likely to infect three people.

Now that might not sound like much of a jump, but if those three people pass it on to three more people on those three people, pass it on to three more people and so on and so forth.

That only has to happen 10 times, and you have been responsible for infecting 59,000 people on when 59,000 people get infected with Corona virus.

Some of those 59,000 people get very, very sick, and that's when we start to run out of hospital beds on ventilators on.

We start to overwhelm the brave doctors and nurses who are risking their lives to save yours.
