We've long suspected criminal activity at Axe Capital.
You used my company, my money, and you baited him.
Robert Axelrod, you're under arrest.
I'm gonna find it, whatever thread you left behind
and I'm going to pull on it until your whole fucking
world unravels.
[LAUGHS]
We left off in quite a mess last season.
Chuck has gotten the better of Axe.
And a lot of people were surprised that Bobby
would ever be brought down.
Look at where I am, indicted, thanks to your husband.
In season three, Bobby is at large,
but there is a prosecution pending.
All I see is jail, and the company I spent my lifetime
building up reduced to rubble.
As we pick up on the season, the company
is under great duress.
Axe's money has been confiscated
by the government, which means there's no trading happening.
Fuck all of this.
Easy, Dollar Bill.
Tensions are high.
Emotions are running high, and Taylor is
there in the middle of it all.
If something doesn't change soon, defections are coming.
Things aren't looking good for our side.
What he did, it's a fucking crime.
Maybe, but it's not a defense.
Chuck is putting the nails in the coffin for Axe.
Axe moves closer to prison and order
is restored in the universe.
But the simple prosecution of Bobby for bringing down
this company is not so simple.
It's a question of whether I entrapped him
or not with the ice juice ploy.
You are like a man who committed a crime of passion,
and he just wants it all to go away.
Last season, Team Chuck had a win,
but as we move forward into season three,
it seems that he's losing a lot of his allies.
Certain affinities you thought were there might not be there,
and so everybody's kind of on shaky footing.
Chuck's a little bit rattled.
We will not let this son of a bitch defy justice.
His family is in jeopardy and Wendy seems to be instrumental.
Now, we are home, and we are a we again.
For Wendy, there's also a kind of resuming of the triangle
in a weird evolved way.
Fate has dealt our hand.
Now we play it.
This season is going to be fucking spectacular.
People are prepared to do desperate things.
It's a good shake up of the foundation.
I look for it, just like the audience,
to see where it's going to lead.
As a fan of the show, I think people
are just going to be ecstatic.
What they will be talking about is Axe Capital.
