But the reason why I wanted to do this video right now one, because it's nearly Valentine's Day.

So it's that time where you know, this is really where you'll find a lot of sales.

And then also, I think that this is a good time to just kind of self indulge if you wanted to buy a little something for yourself.

But what I really want to do with this video is answered what has been probably my most requested video, which is like Bethany, please help find the right underwear to wear with the things that I'm wearing.

There's nothing that can ruin an outfit more than an ill fitting bra or just something that makes you feel uncomfortable or like doesn't support you properly.

So I wanted to address those things today.

This video is gonna be more about, like how to find a bra underwear that, like fits and works for what you're going toe wear underneath of certain outfits.

And then, of course, this goes with the asterisk of honestly, this is what I know to be true for my body style.

You know, like some people have different needs when it comes to bras, especially so if you find that that's true of you, that you're different.

If you write your own things about, like the type of underwear that really helps you intimate that make you feel a lot better and brands to this is an open discussion.

I want to kind of speak toward what I think would benefit everybody.

And then I'll speak toward, like, the actual pieces that work for me just for reference.

My bra size is a 34 B I'm actually like right at 33 So I tried to find just the right fit, which I'll get to in a second.

So when it comes to color, finding just the right color of bras and underwear is really important for what you're going to be wearing on top.

So let's talk about the least coverage, which would be nippy is adhesives never uses made by the brand Bristol six, and they have all different kinds of adhesives like that you can use, and some are even not adhesive.

But the idea is that is going to cover something that you might wear with, like a prom dress, a wedding dress, a cam E anything like that.

But I find that I use them, like on a daily basis, especially in the summertime.

What this does is it's not going to show any, like weird lines that you have.

If you're wearing something that strapless or a commie, you don't want extra bra straps without the majority of the time, that's going to make you look a lot more chic and just like effortlessly put together.

Another great thing about the Navy's adhesives is you can wear them in addition to your bra.

So if you need just a little bit more coverage, that can help you a lot, and you can use them for that reason long after the adhesive wears off, which is usually about between like 30 and 50 wears, I would say I do replace thes.

I've been wearing them for like a couple years, and so every time that I've worn them in often and they're just not doing their job anymore, I can either use them for coverage or I can, you know, buy more, and they're actually adhesive again.

This works really well, too.

If, like I'm not wearing a padded bra at all, and I just want more coverage.

Maybe your office is cold or whatever, and you just don't want to kill a meeting, You know, like, these are things that you can think of.

It depends a lot with the conversation of intimate on what you're comfortable with and what social environment you're in, right?

So you know, a date night, or like just summer vacation or just something like that might be completely different than when you're going in for an interview or something like that.

So assess that.

And then, of course, just what meets your own level of, like modesty and feeling comfortable cause that's what's so important is that you feel confident and comfortable in any situation with fashion.

So I want to show some other options as faras, like what colors of like bras you'd use with different shirts.

So nude always works.

A nude bra will completely hide what you'd wear underneath a white shirt.

Some people have asked me, like, What do I wear under a white shirt?

Do I wear a white bra?

Only if you want people to see it because they will, unless your shirt is just like, really thick.

You know, men's fruit of the Loom shirt.

And maybe not even then, you know, wearing a white bra can be very vivid, so wearing a new bra instead will make it a little bit more of like a casual look for or something that doesn't show you brought in essence, the color nude, though, is so different for every skin tone.

So I kind of wanted to talk about that a little bit.

One brand that is very known for having like a range of shades is airy from American Eagle.

But there's also a smaller company that I have gotten pamphlets and in the mail, and I just don't remember the name of it.

But I'll leave a link down below.

I'll try toe like, pull that up again, and hopefully that's gonna be a brand that you can find a lot of a lot of help.

And it would also be something that is smaller scale, so that's really great cozy in essence, like a nude bra.

The only way that is really going to work for you to be discreet is if it actually matches your skin tone.

I also do have a few white bras, but I only wear those for, like, special outfits.

Or maybe if I did want it to be just a little bit like, you know, more flattering or sexy in that direction, but that, you know, it's kind of case by case.

Other than that, I wear black bras and charcoal bras.

So again it goes back to the type of environment that you're in for today's video because I'm talking about bras.

Um, this one that I'm wearing underneath is something that is black, and it's It's something that's more on the lacy side.

So you can really wear that if it's like a date night look or something like that.

But when it comes to wearing something on more on the discreet side, when great thing to do is get like a charcoal gray bra that will work really well for things like if you're wearing ah, black sweatshirt, for instance, I was wearing a black sweatshirt about a week or two ago.

What happened was I wore a nude bra underneath it, not thinking about it.

Well, it was a brand new sweatshirt.

The color transferred on the nude bra.

And now I have a purple bra, all of the soaking, and like Oxy cleaning that I did just was not helping at all.

On the other hand, with that black sweatshirt, if I had worn a black bra and then gone out in broad daylight, it wouldn't be discreet at all.

Like people would know.

I was wearing a black bra and, like, they just know all about that business.

I know that actually happened to one of the Royals, like about a month ago.

You go out in broad daylight, and there it is, like everyone is seeing you on display in your underwear.

So if that's not the goal, then what you really want to do is have something that may be more charcoal would be a good option again.

Also, like you could just test your garment that you're gonna be wearing and make sure, like how revealing it's actually going to be.

But wearing a charcoal bra just takes a little bit of that contrast that edge off of a black bra like in comparison.

Other than that, I don't stock up on too many other colors when I go to, you know, grab my underwear.

After I picked out my outfit for the morning.

I'm like, Okay, so what am I gonna wear with this?

And if all I have is like Red Like, I think of this as a utility at some level, and I think that is really important that I make my life easier.

And so having these options that I can assess how much coverage I want is just gonna make it so much better next.

I wanted to talk about how to actually find the right size bra.

So I've got a brought here, for example.

One thing that a lot of people don't know is when they go to buy a new bra, you don't wanna latch it onto the last hook and just hope that it's going to, you know, fate.

Like, what are you gonna do when this strap starts to stretch out?

Because it will is important to make sure that when you first put it on that it's actually on the the widest or, like, last hooks on the edge and make sure that that its tightest fit on you because the minute that it starts to stretch out you've got two more sets of hooks, at least on this bra that you can do and continue to wear.

Another thing is, if I would have put this brought on for the first time, and I had to keep it like completely tight on these filler straps, then that means that that could stretch out to overtime.

And then I've got a broad that I just can't wear anymore.

So definitely be thinking of that.

Also, it's very important to make sure that you're wearing the correct size, and this is something that changes with time and age and life, things that are going to happen because you're not always going to be the same size.

So maybe you go to a place that is going to measure you.

I know Victoria's Secret always has done that when you could just go in there for a fitting, even if you weren't planning the shop from there, you know your tailor might be another person that could really help you get just the right fit, and what that's going to do is make sure that when you are wearing a bra that it's not digging into your skin to where It's uncomfortable and very noticeable when you're wearing a shirt or else if it's too loose, then people are going to be able to see things when that secret was supposed to be for you.

Like just make sure that these, like awkward social things, might be taking care of just by getting the right size bra, and that's gonna make you feel so much better.

You know, I think that it's just the worst feeling in the world when my bra straps fall down on my arms.

And then if I'm in an environment that I can't just, like, run and go fix that well, it's just awkward and I feel like vulnerable.

It's just really weird.

So getting abroad that's going to fit you properly is so incredibly important and will make you feel better.

And you're gonna look better in every shirt that you were next.

I want to talk about the different types of underwear that I would suggest to where if you're wearing like different types of clothing.

So we talked originally about nippy is that's gonna help you.

If you're wearing something that is like strapless or a commie.

That actually is my preference more than it is wearing a strapless bra because I always feel again kind of vulnerable, Like I'm pulling things up a lot when I wear strapless bra and then it doesn't help me.

If my shirt cuts down at all in the arm section and you can see it, that's not intentional.

So just being really intentional is what I'm going for here.

Another type of broad that I really like is from ever Jay and I wear these every day.

They are my go to there so incredibly comfortable.

They have, like, zero padding go, so just know that it does have underwire, so that's really good.

The one thing that I don't like about the use necessarily is they've made the straps just so lacey that I have to be sure that I have more room on this part on the strap because they just stretch out over time.

But I've worn them for a couple of years, and I've been so happy with them.

They go well with pretty much anything that I'm wearing, and I've got different shades, so I do have a white one.

Um, I have nude and then charcoal and black, depending on like the outfit I'm going to be wearing.

If you are somebody who likes to have more padding and just like a lot more going on with your bras.

I really like these ones from into missing me, and they're also great based on the occasion to like if you just needed laundry and wanted to look super flattering and sexy.

I really like these ones a lot.

I am not an expert, as Faras Laundry is concerned like I don't know all of the Burbage and stuff, but I do know that these are Belka net bras that are really fun to be able to wear and just have a really great like date night.

Look, they do have plenty of coverage, but they're not super padded either.

And I've gotten them in different colors because once I find a bride like I buy that and in the different colors, I don't like go too much out of the realm of brands like I'm very brand loyal.

So into Mr Me is more of an Italian brand.

It's just very like sexy and flattering.

I love that this one has, like a pattern on it and beautiful lace again does not super padded not to push up, but it still has a beautiful cut.

Spend super happy with that and then also have one black Kira's well, and they look so good no matter what you're doing.

It goes well from day to night.

There's just not too much going on to where you couldn't wear it easily in an office environment and then go home and, like, have a nice dinner with your man and, you know, that type of thing, like it's just really great.

And then I also have another kind.

So this is the same brand, and I really like this one as well.

It's more see through.

So it is more of a laundry look again, underwire, no padding at all and just beautiful and feminine and just fun to put on.

Sometimes there's one more brand from laundry that I really like, which is the negative underwear brand.

I got this one, which was one of them.

I absolutely love this brand, and I've got a pair of matching underwear that is high waisted briefs, and they're really flattering into.

Miss Amy has some high waisted briefs as well.

That kind of match and they're super Lacey flattering.

So I will link those things down in the description, along with all of the bras.

I mentioned some that I would not recommend our I've tried Reformation bras.

I have not been happy with one of their bras yet.

I've got more like brawl.

It's from them brawl.

It is another type of bra that I think is so pretty.

You know, it depends again on your body style.

I don't think everybody feels comfortable in a brawl.

It if I'm wearing something bulky.

I don't want extra bulk here because that's just not going to be like the look that I'm going for when I'm wearing something bulky.

So by wearing something that doesn't add anything else to me is going to just give me a more relaxed look that I'm going for it.

But, yeah, these ones from Reformation have been not ideal just because they don't have like I know Brad, Let's don't have support, but these ones have a mind of their own.

I've just spent, you know, indigent.

They're just not as flattering.

I don't think either.

They just kind of look like more of a vintage bra where they had kind of points, and it's just kind of awkward to me.

I wouldn't recommend those, but maybe they're your style.

Maybe they work better for your body style, so I will link them, but just kind of know that comes with my disclaimer.

And yeah, I've tried one other type in a couple of colors from them from Reformation.
