So I'm gonna do a little unboxing of what's actually inside of it.

But before I go any further, I think I should actually explain what Google stadia is.

It's the new piece is decoded a console.

It's a console from Google to try and play games anywhere, which is absolutely bananas, because you can play it here.

I'm here in my living room and we're gonna try it out on my TV, and then we're gonna go and try and play it in my actual recording room to see how it works.

Because what it's doing is that you have a controller and you have a chromecast.

You put that into your TV or you can play stuff on your tablet or you could play stuff on your desktop.

Andi, the game is being streamed somewhere else out there in the game or cosmos, their servers all over the place, streaming the games for you.

And then all you do is booted up on its streams into your device, which is awesome.

I mean, you don't have to install anything.

I don't have to set anything up except the initial set up for this already.

And then you're good to go on.

Then you could play the game anywhere you could just started here, go to your computer.

Started there, go anywhere at all over the place.

It's awesome.

So let's see what's actually in the box.

The whole system is the controller, which is crazy.

So you've only seen one of these before.

You can usually just plug them into your TV, and then you can cast stuff from your phone or tablet or whatever to your TV.

But this is going to sync up with the controller to play the game on the TV.

And I'm gonna be playing destiny, too, because it comes with the stadia.

Pro subscription.

We're gonna try that.

I think that's gonna be a good game to try and test it out to see how it works.

I never going to use the Internet itself to play the games, so I don't have any actual like, I'm not hooked up to any system here to play them.

And that's what really excites me about it.

Because that means that if this technology works, then I'm able to just play the game on my TV.

And then I could go to my room and just take a tablet and just started there So you can play it everywhere in your house.

I didn't even have to install the game or anything.

So my main worry was gonna be the lag.

Playing this because Internet here at home is not the best but this is this is, like, spot on.

So I just went from the living room and I came in here and I thought I had to use the controller to play more of the game here.

But I'm just using mouse and keyboard nose, and I'm just playing the game straight on my PC.

It's just you, me and that.

Well, that Zoe Moon ladies, traveler light come here often.

This is pretty great.

I'm not gonna lie.

The M, the visual quality of it is pretty damn good that the leg is the thing I keep coming back to.

That really surprised me because I was expecting at least mawr delay the normal.

But it feels pretty much like I'm just here playing it on my system.

There's a couple of hitches here and there for stuff to load in and everything, and you get the odd buffer every now and then.

But I don't know if I can really blame stadia for that, More so than it is just my Internet.

My Internet is very, very slow.

I've much better Internet coming towards the end of the year, and I'm very curious to see what it's gonna be like on that.

But this so far.

Is it going to be the future of gaming?

Probably.

I think people still like the idea of sitting down and installing a game on their system and playing it directly.

But the idea of having this service that you can play the game on the computer and then if people come over I don't to be sitting here at my computer playing it.

I could go out into the living room and I could play it there.

We can swap out another game and play that all together on the TV, Or let's just say my dream scenario is when I'm playing stuff like this.

The thing that I hate is that I always have to pick and choose.

I started a game on my PC and then I have to go play something else on my console or my saves don't always like, coalesced with each other.

They don't cross platform as easily.

But with this, everything's on the one thing, so that if I'm playing this here and then I just want to go on, sit on my couch and play instead of being here at my PC, sitting in my chair, whatever.

I could just do that and then it from playing it on the coach.

And I'm like Oh, God, I need to go somewhere on the train I need to go to London or something And then I could just bring another system like a mobile system.

I bring the controller with me and play it on that.

Assuming I have like an Internet connection without ever having to drop where I'm going or what I'm doing in the game, that is awesome.

I want every game in the future to have that.

That's what I want.

That's my dream for gaming is to just have the game on everything and just go everywhere all the time.

And I think that stadia is a really great step in the right direction for that kind of way, is that the real case.
