But we always used to have it west, you know, with pineapple on dhe Cherries, all that fun stuff to make it really pretty. But for years, I have wanted to try this jam. Um, I got a job. So we're gonna try this today. I really hope that it's gonna be good, because, um, ingredients itself sound like it's gonna be good what I did. Waas I preheated oven 300 degrees. Just scoring this ham here and it's ready. So I'm going to throw it in to the oven for 20 minutes, and then we're gonna come back, and we're gonna make the jam sauce. Now. I personally think that it should be done over the stove, but we'll see how this goes. Just you can melt a block of butter or margarine and we're gonna use a jar of guava. Jam is a 10 ounce jar, But the recipe itself calls for an 18 ounce jar. Just realized I should've bought two. Turn it. It's too late. because I'm heading out to the potluck as soon as this is done and it's not gonna take much time. About 30 40 minutes, maybe a little bit longer. All right, so the jar of jam. Okay, I have margarine in my case on and one cup of brown sugar. We're just gonna make this up now, When that 20 minutes is up, we're gonna base to be ham with half of the contents of this jam mixture. Put it back in for another 20 minutes. We'll be back in 20 or in this case, 19 minutes, because a whole minute to mix this up. So the jam came together a lot faster than I thought, so it really didn't need to be heated on the stove. It is now time to put half of this beautiful mixture onto our ham. So let's go ahead and do that. Make sure a lot of it stays on the tops that can seep into those openings there already. And it goes back in to the lovin for another 20. We'll be back to baste it again. All right, We're gonna just go ahead and baste it with the last minutes and then We're just gonna put it back in for 10 minutes. I guess that's the beauty of damn it. Well, I guess even the pre baked towns also just take warming up. So 10 more minutes and then I want my way. And there you go. Guava jam, ham. Enjoy.
