It is a very large recipe that made four loaves of bread, so I cut the recipe in half up with the full recipe in the description box below. So we're first going to start with mixing our dry ingredients together, which is five and 1/4 cup of flour. And then we have our baking soda crew, teaspoons of baking soda, 2 1/4 teaspoon of salt, two teaspoons of cinnamon and two teaspoon of nutmeg along with two four and 1/2 cups of sugar. But like I said, everything I have in here there's all in hand so it doesn't look as much. Also, I'm probably going to use a mixer because my shoulder, so I need to make sure take care of it. So we have here one and 1/2 cups of oil. I'm just using regular canola oil, and then we have six eggs, a cup of water yeah, and three cups of pumpkin. Um, there's 15 ounce can has about three. Um, I'm sorry. One and 1/2 C. One and 1/2. Good at math, serving size half of a cup, three and 1/2 cups. Anyway, it ends up that this is just a little bit more than I need for 1/2 of a of a recipe. So we're putting in three cups of pumpkin. This is the pumpkin puree. It is not wth e um, can pie mix. Okay. And then what I'm gonna do is I'm going to mix this first, and then I'm going to put in the nuts and the other stuff. I'm gonna fold that in. So let me get this together, and we'll be right back. Help my oven already preheated to 375 degrees. I'm going to scrape down the side of my bowl and make sure that everything underneath husband incorporated and out of the oven I pulled some nuts that I roast in for a little bit. These are optional courts that you don't I want to add in nuts. You're more than happy to leave them out there. Optional one and 1/2 cups of chopped nuts and one and 1/2 cups chocolate chips. And I'm using the many semi sweet in there because I think that they had a very cute touch. Forget it. We're just gonna mix it all up until it's nice. It's move now. This would normally be put into regular loaf. Parents. I however, I'm going to be making and taking. Um I have six loaves here, so I mean, I have six most pens here. They're much smaller than normal. They're standalone type. I found them not safely. And being pastry, you know the baking section and it's just oven safe peeper bakeware. So I am going to try to even leave by this. Normally in your loaf pan, you're gonna bake it in your 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. I'm going to bake mine. Ah, lot shorter than that.
