And today, on highly cooking, we're talking about everybody's favorite summertime combination year and burgers.

Budweiser has asked me to make a video about my favorite burger as part of their buds and burgers competition.

So mine is the spicy Sarona burger with a homemade roasted Serrano pepper relished it is to die for.

In fact, it might actually make you die if you're not accustomed eating spicy foods.

But I am So I'm gonna eat all these Serranos and instead of making me die, they're gonna make me live forever.

Start with roasting these Serrano peppers.

If you don't have a gas stove, you can do it under the broiler.

What if you're gonna be grilling your burgers, then do it on your grill?

That would be even better.

And then basically, just making a quick little brine.
