  • It doesn't matter which Medical Center, Hospital Organization Health Care Organization are applying for.

  • This is a general answer that I believe will score high.

  • Here we go now.

  • I saw the position advertised on before submitting my application.

  • I carried out some research into your organization to make sure you're the type of employer I would like to work for now.

  • During my research, I was hugely impressed by the standards of care you afford your patients, the strong reputation you have within the health care industry and also the manner in which you conduct your business Now following on from my research.

  • I really wanted to apply for the position of medical assistant, and I know that if I'm fortunate enough to get the job, I would get to work with a highly professional team.

  • X strives to offer the best levels of patient Karol times whilst also developing and improving through continual learning on self assessment.

  • So well, that does it.

  • It sort of makes you stand out from the other applicants because you're saying, you know, I the organization, the Health Care Organization Hospital Medical Center that I work for is more important to me, and that's what they want to hear.

  • A lot of people will apply for a job because they just want to be a medical assistant.

  • That's okay, But during the interview, you need to stay to them that, you know, the their organization is really important.

  • So you've done your your research.

  • I know you've been impressed.

  • They've got a good reputation, but and this is important.

  • You're saying there that the standards of care that they are affording are really high because that shows that you have high standards yourself, so it's a smart answer to that interview question.

  • Let's have a look at another one.

  • We assume you have studied the job description for the role of medical assistant.

  • Tell me what you'd expect to be doing in the role on a daily basis.

  • So this is quite clever on the clever question, because I've bean in interviews before I was sent to people.

  • Okay, you're applying for this job.

  • Tell me what you think you'd be doing, and it's clear that I haven't read the job description because they are just thinking in their head of what they would do when actually, the exact roles are within the job.

  • So you need to read it.

  • But again, I've done the work for you.

  • Here is my suggested answer.

  • Yes, I have read the job description, and from what I understand that I would be required to help patients by providing relevant information and advice, maintain medical supplies and in Venturi's, maintain confidentiality all times and complete accurate patient records, and also liaise with other medical staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

  • I would also be expected to look after like general admin duties when required to save the doctor's valuable time, but also need to prepare patients for examination, schedule operations and also make bookings with surgical center.

  • Now, finally, I would also need toe take ownership of my professional knowledge and expertise, a dear to all medical policies, rules and procedures, but also Workers Partner Team to achieve the mission.

  • The values and objectives of the health care organization that I am employed by So that shows you shows them.

  • Sorry that you know, you've looked at the job advert.

  • You know what's involved because some people will just I'm in on the bailout.

  • Well, after work of other people is part of a team.

  • But that response shows that you really looked into it in detail.

  • Now I'm gonna come on to another question in the second, so please do stick around.

  • If you'd like to download the full set of medical assistant interview questions and answers, there's a link This appeared right there in a salt right hand corner of that video clip.

  • Now take it through to my website.

  • We can download the full set on I've created.

  • You'll get all of these answers, but other ones as well to the questions that are likely to come up during your medical assistant interview.

  • Here's another one.

  • Can you describe a time when you maintain confidentiality at work?

  • So this is I would be extremely surprised if this did not come up.

  • Join your medical assistant interview because confidentiality is really important.

  • Doesn't matter where you are working in the world as a medical assistant.

  • Confidentiality is under scrutiny, and you have to maintain it at all times within this type of role.

  • So here's my answer.

  • In my previous job, I was working as part of an admin team for a business development company, and it was really important.

  • We all maintain confidentiality, apart from the legal requirement to maintain confidentiality was also import from a client's perspective as they needed to trust our organization that any project discussions that took place would not be shared with any of their competitors.

  • Now, the level of trust we had as an organisation was arrival, but none of the team ever discussed any projects or confidential information outside the team environment.

  • Now I understand that as a medical assistant, I must always follow the code of conduct in relation to confidentiality on I'll never disclose or discuss information unless I'm required to do so as part of my role within the relevant qualified medical personnel.

  • So you're saying that you're given a specific example now if you are already a medical assistant and you're applying for one with a different organization, think about a time when you've maintained confidentiality in the role.

  • Whereas I've done this with someone who's applying fresh to become a medical assistant about other jobs.

  • Think about time when you respected confidentiality in my even be where you on somebody confided in you at work.

  • They were having problems at home.

  • They were struggling with their work and, you know, they confided in you you didn't share that information with anybody or you respected what they told you.

  • But the important bit about the auntie is at the end.

  • I'm saying now I understand that as a medical assistant, almost always follow the code of conduct in relation to confidentiality.

  • Now, if you're applying for an organisation, on bit would be different if you're in America, which most of my viewers are.

  • But if you're in England, for example, in your applying to join the N hs is a medical assistant.

  • There will be a confidentiality code of conduct, and I recommend you study that.

  • Read it and say, Well, there is a code of conduct.

  • This is what it refers to, You know, just refer to it in your answer.
