  • Hi guys.

  • Welcome back, Channel Lot a week we had, didn't we?

  • It's been a serious roller coaster of emotions and just digesting everything that's happening around the world.

  • Obviously, we are in kind of emergency state around the world, and I were feeling it everywhere.

  • So I really wanted to make this video just to kind of chicken with you and let you guys know what I'm doing these days and what's happening in general.

  • I feel like the last four.

  • There has been probably just like a wave of emotions.

  • It's really sad to hear about, Oh, the cases, the mortality cases that happened and just hearing about how fast the corn advised virus is spreading.

  • But I am also in a place that just made a post actually on Instagram, and I kind of feel like today I really feel very connected to everyone around the world.

  • I just super thankful more than ever for technology and for having all these virtual friends and community that I just feel supported.

  • I just love seeing the gestures and the positivity that's happening online.

  • Amid off all this craziness, we ourself oscillating as a family.

  • Obviously there are people that are more in danger of contracting the virus.

  • But I just feel like it really is every human's job to try and do their best.

  • And I feel like self isolating is the best thing that we could do right now in Canada.

  • We don't have a log down yet, but things are shutting down slowly.

  • So today.

  • Actually, they came out saying How our province, the restaurants and fitness gyms all of that is getting closed.

  • I hoped for it to be a log down because they think it's just necessary, but I think that we're just doing it slowly, so that's kind of like a positive thing.

  • In my opinion.

  • We've been at home for about five days now, and I'm still working full effect like because for some reason I'm just, like, so much more inspired to create content to share things with you two, you know, obviously talk about the situation and being there to support you through my content, but also, you know, creating content that can just maybe alleviate some of the stress and anxiety that I'm sure people are feeling.

  • It's a lot to digest right now.

  • My team is working from home well decided is gonna be for the best.

  • I want to make sure they're safe.

  • We're all trying to figure out the kids have been home for a long time now, and it's been something.

  • But I'm I wanted to show what you're just kind of like, how I deal with kind of distress and the chaos.

  • I'm sure that everyone is experiencing different things.

  • If you are alone without your family, I'm sure it's very It's very sad and scary probably to be alone.

  • So I just wanna let you know that if you need anything, please reach out to me.

  • If you are a mom with kids at home, I feel for you it's actually insane to see how much energy they consumed, which made me more than ever being grateful for all the teachers and the school systems and everything.

  • You guys are angels.

  • But yes, I just figured we have their schedule.

  • But I have to say that the last few days have also been a little bit of like a revelation to me.

  • I think that we always talk about the fact that the world is moving so fast that we're doing everything and There's no time to breathe and we'll have his anxiety.

  • And But I haven't realized how fast I've been moving until a couple of days ago, when I was forced to stop moving and stop doing and just being here.

  • I think I've realized how many basic things that haven't been enjoying for so long now just enjoying my coffee or having a conversation with my kids, even spending time alone with Gary.

  • And we did a workout today, jizz him and I.

  • It was actually so fun who never worked out together.

  • So it's this little things we've been going through, like a list of movies we wanted to watch with the kids, reading different books and just really being together without it being so planned and structured.

  • And it's been it's been beautiful and I think that with Maxie, it's the most impactful for me because I feel like since I gave birth, it's been a go go, go for me and I feel like he grew overnight and I just missed all of it.

  • So even seeing him figure things out and walking aimlessly around the house, it's just such a joy, like I really get lost in his little world.

  • So I do see, you know, the silver lining of the situation.

  • And I'm extremely grateful that my family is safe, and I'm really trying to focus on that as much as I can.

  • It's just really made me to slow down and even enjoy, like, brushing teeth in the morning.

  • I could have been crazy, has been very much of like a consciousness situation.

  • You know, these are the times where it's like the universe is giving us the opportunity to reconnect to our own bodies to our own.

  • So, sir, on spirit, our own mind and just really feeling grateful and present, which I feel like we definitely don't feel definitely on a daily basis with our crazy life these days.

  • So I feel like I've been really focusing on that.

  • I think that helped me the most when it came to moments of panic, anxiety or uncertainty about the future.

  • Just really like Okay, I have now, and this is what I have and what can I do with it and just looking around aimlessly and seeing the beauty and the calmness around.

  • So I'm very grateful for that, so hopefully this will inspire you to slow down and just kind of look around.

  • Also a great time to dive into the books You haven't had time to read to get a course in line to do different things Like today.

  • I decided I'm gonna launch this like virtual retreat where I'm gonna create on instagram.

  • Um, an I G live with different experts.

  • It'll bring in to teach me different things.

  • And I want to give you you know, that value and that benefit.

  • So I'm gonna have, like, breath, work, workshop and meditation and mental help hacks, diet, nutrition, fitness.

  • So I'm really excited for Dad and hopefully will benefit people.

  • But also I really wanted I can't stress this enough.

  • I hope that all of you are taking this very seriously.

  • We're all in this together and we have to act together in order to stop this and to find a resolution for me.

  • I just I am applauding the health system.

  • The nurses, the doctors, everyone that's working crazy.

  • I was trying to take care of everybody.

  • So please, please, please do your part.

  • Stay at home.

  • If you can't stay at home, which I understand that all of us are that privileged.

  • Please take the right precautions and just make sure you're taking care of yourself and your family and those around you.

  • I think that they're Waas.

  • There was an article I was reading on CNN that saying that there are people that carrying the virus without even any symptoms.

  • So that's why self isolation is probably the best solution at this point.

  • Until we'll find a better solution which hopefully will come soon in the form of a vaccine or something, something will come.

  • I'm sure of it.

  • So just do that.

  • Take it seriously, you know, advocate for self isolation advocate to take care of yourselves of people of people around you.

  • If you see anyone needs support, needs help, especially the elderly with groceries or any like good deeds.

  • Just This is the time for us to show our the goodness and humanity.

  • So hopefully you guys feel as strongly about this is I.
