That's Hello Kitty, one of the most recognizable characters in the world, from Japan.

It's my first time here, and I'm way too old for it.

Or am I Hello and welcome to the Cubist place on Earth, if not, at least in the city of Tokyo.

That behind me is San Rio, Poland, and this is where Hello, Kitty resigns when she's in the city of Tokyo.

There might be amounts that disagrees with me.

This place is pretty unique.

It's a great place where for families to come, especially kids.

But believe it or not, a lot of adults will come here, too.

I'm not really good with cats, so I brought somebody who is so that there's Jennifer and we did a Cat Cafe episode a couple of years ago.

What is the secret to working with cats?

Think that cats that you'd rather let them come to you than good to them?

You got to give them respect, Yes, but the thing is, is Hey, look atyou.

Hello, Kitty.

Inside this big building is a whole world of cute.

This indoor theme park opened in 1990 attracts 1.5 million visitors a year weekday tickets, or 3300 yen for adults and 2500 yen for kids.

But with online discounts for after 2 p.m. It's much less.

That's a fraction of the price compared to that other park with that mouse on the other side of town.

We went on a weekday morning and was surprised there were no crowds at all.

There are a lot of shows with bright colors I had never seen before.

It dazzles the eye.

Maybe not so much the years, but the energy is amazing.

It truly is Japanese Kali culture on full display for kids and fans, it's a big deal to see your idol in person.

You'll have lots of chances to see Kitty China.

She zips across the high ceilings or dances on stage.

Surrounding the wisdom tree in the center is the photo village.

The tree gives you a nice look out over the village inside, there's a Kitty John Shrine, kind of bizarre and unexpected ring that bell and perhaps an angel somewhere gets its wings.

There are nine main attractions and poodle land on two floors.

Way tried the boat ride.

It's very much like Disney's Small World.

We entered so many rooms like and yes, photos are encouraged.

Here I was caught in the act time to hit that colorful first floor food court.

There are two here.

Thea other upstairs way found something we couldn't pass up.

Colored curry rice.

Whoa!

I have never seen this color before in the history of curry rice, nor in the history of food, I think.

I mean, it's boom, right, right, It's blue curry.

This is so cool.

I like, I guess it's the sky and you see clouds floating in it with the moon and stars.

I love this.

This character is called cinnamon cinnamon, and this particular dish is He's sleeping.

So he's called Oh yes, cinema.

Ah, sleeping like this.

Cute, Very cute.

If you want to get Jennifer to smile, feed her.

Jennifer went in first.

She's a food critic, but the oddness of it got her excited seriously.

Seriously, This is good.

It's good.

All right, let's try some blue curry here.

I think some kind of I have to be honest.

I was skeptical this was going to taste good or even be edible.

Well, wow, that's really good.

I don't know what the blue flavor is, actually, but it taste like normal.

It's not too spicy.

I think I'm surprised.

I mean, if that's what the cutters, This is really, really curry.

I think Pink curry in India.

I don't think I've ever seen colored non or curry quite like this pink saree doing.

How is the nanny is any too heavy?

It's a little bit doughy.

Yeah, but with Yeah, I wouldn't say it's It's best non in the world, but it's not bad.

I feel sad destroying my melodies face, though, because it's food, right?

You gotta eat it, but it just feels back.

It's always hard to say goodbye, but I have a feeling kids won't have any trouble biting into it.

It's great that it's interesting because I don't think that the flavor of this Perry is any different than this one.

Despite the fact that the colors are different, this curry tastes pretty much the same.

So maybe it's, um, Sweets, too, you know.

It's good, right?

It's like a sweet potato.

I think so, Yeah.

I think they've innovated it to make it close to that value.

But it's not every day that you come here, right.

So, you know, you have to try it at least once.

You know, I think if you do go to a theme park you're never really gonna pay a cheap price for anything.

You're gonna pay a premium for food.

Gonna pray Premium for all of the gifts that you buy here.

Right.

But at the end of it, did you feel happy?

Did you get a little bit of that big smile?

I think I think so.

You are right on the second floor.

Food court.

I'm not very good at those UFO catchers.

The crane games.

So off to another attraction.

We walked through Pearl Village to get there, so yeah, we're gonna go and try this ride.

Now I see a lot of adults here without kids.

It's a little weird, but I get it.

If you grew up with Hello, Kitty, you'd want to experience what made you happy.

And it's hard not to be happy here.

The gift shop was really cool, including these chopsticks for kids.

Everything in the hello Kitty universe seemed to be here.

I didn't get anything because I was experienced.

Kitty John Overload.

But fans better bring a lot of cash and some big suitcases to carry it home.

No matter your age, there seems to be something for everyone.

Wow, that was a really fun experience here in San Rio.

I just loved it.

Yeah.

You know, you can't really compare this to Tokyo Disneyland.

It's just a completely different experience, I think is not quite as big, but they pack in a lot of cute dis in one area.

Anything that's pretty cool.

And you can eat.

You can enjoy your track.

Sense shows air.

Pretty fun aspect of it.

The food entertainment.

Just walking around this place.
