That's on top of his Florida projected win.

I don't think this comes as a surprise, right?

The Illinois in the Florida victories for Joe Biden?

No, not a surprise.

And it's good to see that we're getting election results on schedule.

You know, there were a lot of polling places in Illinois that actually had to extend their hours because of some long lines.

We saw these states have to scramble today in the wake of the virus.

They had to close some polling locations, send voters to different locations, use extreme measures to keep the polling locations safe and ends clean so that voters felt confident to vote.

So I am grateful that people did feel comfortable that they could, that they could go cast their vote exercise.

It's important right of theirs, and that we're seeing solid results come out in an orderly, entirely fashion.

And Devin Dwyer, your reaction.

I wanted to get it if we have Devon.

Curious.

If you're surprised that voter turnout was so significant, I mean, in many ways, I guess people also mailed in ballots or voted early as well.

Yeah, I talked to voter advocates earlier today, Lindsay in Illinois, in Arizona.

They were surprised to see the numbers as strong as they were.

And a lot of those advocates do credit the early voting initiatives.

Older voters who, of course, are inclined in many cases towards Joe Biden, are the most reliable voters.

They voted early in high numbers this year, in large part because of that encouragement.

So that was something interesting.

But in light of this Illinois result tonight, some interesting news related to the Corona virus in the polling from Illinois.

Take a look at this Joe Biden over Bernie Sanders on who Illinois voters trust most in a crisis.

Biden was favored by 30 points.

We saw that in each of the States tonight on, So we excuse me.

I've been hearing from the Biden campaign that they are very encouraged by that data point because as this campaign goes forward now in crisis mode, they are looking to portray Joe Biden as the most trusted candidate, the most trusted potential president to handle a crisis like this.
