I'm still learning how to actually do that every day. That way, when I found the sciences in started using my outdoor skills to benefit different species and benefit the world, I felt really good about that. And I knew that if I could mobilize thousands of others to do that, the impact we could have would be amazing. And so I saw that connection and took the leap toe literally Google. How am I gonna start a nonprofit? From there, I started learning about how to build a board and howto even ask for people to join your team and just slowly built. I learned that my job is not to do all the work and shoulder all the burden, but it's to empower the people around me to be really successful with what they do. To understand that the approach that I would take is not the only approach and is not the approach that would even necessarily be the most successful.
