But when you think of Shibuya, usually think of Duggan's aka you think of sent a guy.

You think of all of the busy, busy areas.

But today I'm gonna take you into the back alleys and the back streets of Siberia called Oecussi Boo.

But the fact is, I live here, and I've been going to this area for so long that I finally decided to share with you guys.

I might see you guys like it because I'm here all the time.

Number one Tokyo, hidden away in a three floor concept store complex called the End.

Tucked away on the first floor is a lot a shop.

In addition to offering various locked flavors, this'll tiny space host seasonal collaboration goods with various illustrators.

Because whole righty Tokyo Jerry Garnica something.

It must be kind of like a cocky Cory Ice Cafe LA Today it has some ice cream on top has some crunchy bits here.

It's like a cocky goody like ice.

I wasn't actually planning on getting caught because I'm not much of a lot of fan.

But this is just one of those cheap days.

I guess you can see the bottom.

Here is where all the coffee jelly is.

Watch this shit down like that.

That's great Frappuccino style.

Very much has the sweetness of the ice cream on the top as a bitterness of the coffee, like the texture of the jelly itself.

To you like that, it's bowling.

The difference between cocky guardian this is they have really thick pieces of ice here, so you get more of a chunky, crunchy texture.

It is sweet, but it's not super super like, strong and sweet.

It has kind of like a light, summery vibe It's more like whipped cream like Okay, so I'm not the regular lot, which I usually get.

I fear first time, and they always gonna ask you to drink the milk first, which is bottled milk is supposed to taste really good.

Number two cheese Dan, if you happen to see a random Cowan, OK, she boo that.

This shop has fresh milk delivered from a farm in Tokyo and they make four types of cheese, mozzarella, burrata, ricotta and catchy.

Oh, Cavallo.

Oh, and they also offer wine to pair with cheese if you're into that sort of thing.

This is kind of like their advertiser.

This is, Ah, burrata cheese, fresh tomatoes and some oregano here, in some oil.

Yeah, it is a fresh.

This is a soul that is nice.

Is that very watering?

Almost like kind of like melts in your mouth almost like outer show.

It has, like the texture of cheese, but on the inside, it is just so creamy, almost kind of like fluid like.

And it pairs so well with these little tomatoes like cherry tomatoes can see, like the outer shell is a like a little bit hard, give you that consistency and then inside has a creamy goodness of the cheese.

Center is not even like a Jesus, almost like a very, very heavy cream Or just I really, really like cheese.

I just looked down in like the entire plate is almost God.

I can see why Michaels is killing this right now.

They also serve pizza and sandwiches using their freshly made cheese pizza uses a mozzarella cheese while the sandwich used on melting ricotta.

I love how they paired it with a grainy bread to add texture.

Number three Sebastian I featured the shaped I spot about a year ago in my shoe.

Sebastian Peters, a cake like cocky goatee Dole Che ice owner, borrows from his experience of the friendship to create this delectable treat.

The cream Berlet shaved ice is their signature dish.

But one thing you guys need to remember, you need to come here a little bit early because it does get book, actually get in line, then you can choose the time of day to come back and then you could come back.

We came here early in the morning just before 10 and we had to win about one hour before we could come back.

But if you come too late in the day, then it might just be all booked up.

So definitely wanted to come here.

Come here, Let me show you guys that next Backstreets five one of things I love about this place is that it's just so quiet compared to like if you come from ship Julia and just like, busy on Logan's AKA or Your aunt sent the guys.

There's just so many people, but just on the outskirts, it's just It's so quiet here and it's nice.

Number four Load IKI.

From the outside, it looks like an old school fish store that you would see at any fish market.

But it's actually a popular taste joke response, meaning set meals, the local Solomon.

In fact, this hidden gem has more than 100 years of history.

Instead of ordering from a standard menu, I had to grab a card with the dishes, name on it and take it upstairs to the second floor.

Interestingly, that car has a lot of number on the back, so that matches you get an extra side dish.

This is their most popular set.

Saban Omi's oniy mackerel cooked with me, so I was able to choose between the head or the tail.

And, of course, I'm in with a head.

Thistle is the summer Miso Sava looks so tender, so super.

Wow, there's a lot of flavor in a building on me.

It's a little bit sweet, handsome, savory nous, but more speed than savory like that.

I'm not a fan of like stewed Saba, usually because it's very fishy, but this is cooked so well, but you don't get in Iraq fishy taste, and it's just kind of like a sweet, nice and like least very, very tender.

Saba that's great goes really, really well with rights because it's just so much flavor here that the writes itself picks all of that flavor and then just kind of friends it out.

It's a rice.

Dip it into the meat so itself just like dripping Wow, that's even have should you mean so soup.

You can see it has, like a little clam shells doesn't like shellfish bitterness to it, but it looks like this is you have two big pieces of llegado have some octopus.

One is nice because it's not water down because you can see like when they actually called it down if they just put the ice on the outside and they just rotated the shaker so that made actual coffee itself cold.

So it's been like refrigerated.

And in fact, what's really cool is that it's made by a sushi chef.

Bread has a nice, crunchy crunch.

I mean, that's amazing.

Is that almost itself?

A slight sweetness to it.

It almost has kind of like this was Sasabe taste inside like it's been seasoned like nothing I've ever had before.

I've never, ever thought of actually putting freakin wasabi in your egg omelet.

But what a fantastic idea.
