And, um, when we went through the exercise is the first time I was just super fucking Ruby like, you know, putting my arm down.

It's not happening.

And he tried to He was, like, blue in the face.

And then a second time when we were doing it again and we got more into the You're powerless.

You're weak.

I started to to really feel those feelings again that I was holding back and see if what you know.

Ah, the turmoil I was going through in the minute this year of losing my father.

And then, um, it was the emotional feeling off being next to him on everyday basis and not been able to save him knowing that nothing that we can do conceive him.

And that feeling may me feel weak and powerless.

And when Trey had tried, it was effortless.

My arm just caved in and assumes that happened, broke out in tears.

And as much as I try to be strong and I know a lot of us try to be strong all the time, when we dig deep down and said things that emotions or lower self that holds us back, it's really hard to move forward because we're focusing on the things that are holding us back.

And I know that if my father could look at me now, she's gonna want me to push forward.

He knows that we're facing a lot of things but still want us to push forward.

So that's why when we did exercise again, I incorporate that.

I told myself exact what you're saying, Be powerful, be as powerful as you could be making arm, go to the fucking war and go across fields if you need to.

And when they did that, I just imagine him behind my shoulder.
