  • So a very warm welcome to this tutorial.

  • That's me there on the right inside Richard.

  • Also, please do make sure you give the video of thumbs up.

  • I very much appreciate that.

  • And that will motivate me to do more questions for you.

  • Okay, let's get straight into it.

  • Question number one.

  • Which answer option is made by joining all of the shapes together with the corresponding letters and this is a common kind of spatial reasoning.

  • Test question.

  • So is there a, B, C, D or E?

  • None of these.

  • So what we have to do is look at the shapes in the rectangle above the shaded rectangle.

  • We have to join the letters together where they correspond to decide which of the shapes from a, B, C or D it is.

  • Or if it's none of them, we would select a.

  • So if we take X and join that with that part there, then that would look like that.

  • And then, if we take Z, put ze together there at the top and then put that shape there, then the only option it could be is of course, D.

  • It's certainly not a it's not be it's not see and it isn't a none of these are the correct answer to question.

  • Number one is deep, and this is a common kind of spatial reasoning.

  • Test question where you can get on, get get off the ground, running quickly and get your mark's going.

  • So have I got this one?

  • Put your answer to spatial reasoning test Question number two in the comments section below on, I'll come on each day on our mark them for you.

  • So here we go.

  • Same kind of question.

  • And we progress through this video, they will get tougher and tougher.

  • Question number two Which answer option is made by joining all of the shapes together with the corresponding letters is A, B, C, D or E.

  • None of these now there's a timer there on the right hand side.

  • I'm gonna start in the second.

  • I'll give you 12 seconds to put your answer in the comments section below the video.

  • Off you go.

  • Okay.

  • Well done.

  • So hopefully you got that.

  • Correct?

  • Don't forget to put your answer in the comments section below.

  • Have another go at one similar cause.

  • I want you to get used to these basic type of spatial reasoning test questions.

  • Put your answer to question three in the comments section below for marking.

  • Here we go.

  • So which answer option is made by joining all of the shapes together with the corresponding letters?

  • A little bit tougher.

  • This one, So you have to work a bit quicker.

  • Is a, a, B, C, D or e.

  • None of these on.

  • Here's your time.

  • OK, brilliant.

  • So well done If you're finding that the timer is going too quick, I am putting you under a bit of pressure here.

  • Please feel free to pause the video because I would rather you got these.

  • Correct.

  • OK, question number four.

  • Let's change the kind of spatial reasoning test type question.

  • Which answer option A, B, C or D would look like the question figure if rotated exactly the same.

  • So this is the question figure on what we have to do is rotate it to the left or anti clockwise through 90 degrees of work out Which one it will be a B, C or D.

  • Now, on initial inspection, they all look the same, but they're not on what we have to do to answer.

  • This is the pick one or two parts off the question figure shape.

  • So what we would do here is we would pick that small black dot or circle on.

  • We would also focus on the shaded part.

  • Okay, that shady part, you only have to focus on the two parts.

  • Don't look at it as a whole and then go through a B, C or D.

  • Rotate it 90 degrees in your mind.

  • Go for a process of elimination, so you get the correct one.

  • So it simply can't be a because if you look at that black dot it's actually there on the top right inside.

  • And he actually forms at the back on the question figure.

  • So it's not a if we look at B well, yes, the black dot there is in the correct position, however, You look at the shade, so the shaded parts in the correct position.

  • But the black dot has stayed exactly where it is, and it needs to rotate, so it's not beat.

  • Then, if we look at sea, it can't be seekers, even though the shady part is where it should be.

  • The black dot is not.

  • Therefore, the correct answer is D to question for Okay, now it's your turn.

  • Please put your answer to spatial reasoning Test question number five in the comments section below for market on, we have a timer as well.

  • So question which answer option A, B, C or D would look like the question figure in the top left if rotated exactly the same.

  • And here's your time.

  • Okay, so hopefully well done.

  • You got that question correct?

  • question number six exits look a different kind of spatial reasoning.

  • Test question.

  • So which of the answer options contains the correct blocks to create that question figure?

  • So we have to look from a, B, C, D or E on.

  • The way to do this is to calculate, or or to wear up how many small blocks there are, first of all, and you'll see that there are four, and then there's also one large rectangle blocks.

  • So we are from the answer options, looking for four small square blocks on one large rectangle block.

  • And if we go through a quick process of elimination, we will see the only answer it can be is deep.

  • So now it's your turn again.

  • Please put your answer to spatial reasoning.

  • Test question number seven in the comments section below the video for marking.

  • Here we go, said Agent Timer.

  • Which of the interruptions contain the correct blocks to create the question.

  • Figure below A, B, C, D or E, and you have the time it takes the time to go down to get the correct answer.

  • Here you go.

  • Okay, well done.

  • Let's move on now to question number eight I want you to have another go at a similar question like that again.

  • Put your answer to question A In the comments section below the video for marking Hugo.

  • Which of the answer options contains the correct blocks to create that question figure.

  • Right there is the A, B, C d or you Be careful with this one.

  • It's not that easy.

  • Here you go.

  • Okay, Fantastic.

  • You're doing really well.

  • Let's make it a little bit tougher now.

  • Question number nine.

  • Which answer option A, B, C or D is a top down to d view off that question figure.

  • Okay, so if we were looking down on the question figure, is it a, B, C or D?

  • Slightly tougher because you have to visualize looking down on the figure.

  • Soto, answer the question.

  • We need to look down on the shape from the top of work out which of those four auctions we can see from above.

  • So if we just take out the question figure and think about looking down from above, go back to it.

  • We could see their across the top there, even though those two square blocks left and right are protruding.

  • If we were looking down, it would actually look like three running across, so it can't be a because he's only to their across the top.

  • And it can't be D because there's only one there across the top.

  • Therefore, it can only be Eve A, B or C on.

  • You'll get really good at these when you practice them because you just work through a process of elimination.

  • So it's even B or C.

  • Then what we would do is put a line across the center there and think, Well, it has to be four squares.

  • We've no gaps across the middle.

  • Well, it can't be that one, because there are four.

  • But there's a gap on the 4th 1 so the only correct answer it can be is safe.

  • Okay, now it's your turn.

  • Put your answer to spatial reasoning.

  • Test question of a 10 in the comments section below the video for marking.

  • Here we go.

  • Which answer option A, B, C or D is a top down to D view of that question figure right there.

  • It's quite difficult.

  • Okay, here's a timer.

  • Off you go.

  • Excellent.

  • Well done.

  • Okay, let's move on that to question 11 this one is even harder.

  • I'll give you a government one of these in a second.

  • So which answer option again?

  • A.

  • B, C or D is a top down to D view of that question figure is A, B, C or D.

  • Now, when you look down on that figure, it looks quite confusing.

  • But all you have to do is pick one particular part of it to get the answer.

  • So if I draw the line there fromthe white circle across that black on triangle and down across and think, what would that look like?

  • Looking down?

  • It would look like that.

  • Then all I need to do.

  • He's ever look at the options, and I can see there is only one of them that has that shape in it.

  • Therefore, I don't have to do any other work because I know that is the correct answer, and a is you correct answer.

  • Okay, have a go this one.

  • Quite tough.

  • This one.

  • Put your answer to spatial reasoning test Question 12 In the comments section below the video for marking.

  • Here we go.

  • Which answer option A, B, C or D is a top down to D view of that question figure and you got the time It takes the timer to come down to zero to answer the question.

  • Off you go.

  • OK, brilliant.

  • Well done.
