Um um, my announcement is that I actually have a new Facebook group that's opened up, and hi.

Um, so I'm just here to make a really quick announcement.

I'm not here to do any sort of training, but as you can see in on the side right beside me, I don't know if it's this way or this way, but, you know, I really want to announce that I've actually opened a new Facebook group.

Actually, it's my very first Facebook group.

It's called the Ambitious professionals mastermind.

And I would love it for you guys who are currently watching my videos in gaining a lot of, um, information and lot of, um, you know, traction with with how you're implementing my videos.

I'd really love it if you joined the Facebook group.

Because that's an opportunity for me to really get thio personally, get to know you a little bit better.

Um in terms of what's happening in the Facebook group right now, we actually have over 500 people that have already joined 500 other ambitious professionals.

And people have been posting amazing messages.

Some people already sharing some of their winds from having been able to implement the steps and tips that have given through my through my YouTube channel.

I'm really I'm really excited.

Tomorrow would get to do this again, but actually not here on YouTube but instead over on Facebook.

And the reason for that is because actually, tomorrow at 8 p.m. Eastern Ah, 5 p.m. Pacific standard time.

I am going to be doing a free life training in my Facebook group, and it's ah gonna be all about the key strategy on how to answer behavioral and situational questions.

So tell me right now, actually, in the comments and curious, who here has trouble when it comes to interviewing?

Who here has trouble with ah answering behavioral questions who's ever been who's ever actually been asked a behavioral question before.

I'd love to know if you have been asked of behavior question before.

Give me some examples of some behavioral, some crazy questions.

I call them crazy questions because, to be honest with you, you know these questions, Um, anything could be asked of you like they're asking you for any situation under the sun.

So it could be a simple as just tell me a difficult situation at work.

Or it could be as crazy as you know.

How many elephants can you fit in a refrigerator like that is actually a nerve.

You question that I've heard has been asked before.

So, you know, definitely if this is something that you guys struggle with and I would, um I would definitely recommend that you guys head on over to the ambitious professionals mastermind Facebook group joined, become an ambitious, professional part of the group and get access to these live free trainings.

The reason why I don't do them here on YouTube is just simply because in Facebook I actually find it's a lot more interactive and, you know, everything's kind of confined to that as opposed to me Just springing on you randomly.

So anyway, I think it's just gonna be on an exciting new ah, journey for us.

Just because the more the better.

Tell me, actually, so let's see, um, how do you influence a decision?

Yeah, of course.

You know it's gonna be It's interviews are always always nerve wracking.

And we can also address that tomorrow when we talk.

Carla, Um, where what would you answer to these type of questions Where there's a lot of division in terms of opinion or not?

A right answer?

Yeah.

So this is the thing.

We're gonna be talking about the strategy.

It's not about the actual answer itself.

It's not about whether it's right or wrong.

It's more about the strategy on how you approach it, because that's what that's what they're actually assessing you on now.

I'm getting into the training.

I'm not gonna get into it now.

There are three questions, Okay, There are three questions that you have to answer.

One of them is, um you know, uh, what's your ideal career?

I think something like that.

Another one is Ah, what value do you think you're going to bring to the group and then another one has something to do?

I forget.

I forget, but there are three questions I really would love would love to know more about you guys.

So if you guys answer the questions, that gives me better reason to add you into the group.

Because if you're not, then you know, I mean, you have to give something right.

Like, um, you know, I'm trying my best to help you guys as much as I can, But you guys have to give me something.

Let me know what's going on with you.

Answer the questions.

If you want to actually join the group, do not join the group.

And, um, and leave the questions blank because, to be honest with you, it makes you look like you're just wanting to take and not give.

And really, I'm just asking you heartfelt questions.

I just want to know a little bit more about you guys.

So please be honest share.

You guys are all kind of on that same path.

Who knows what will happen?

You might meet somebody threw this group that's gonna potentially introduce you to your next job.
