Good lord almighty. - Ready? - I'm ready. Let's hit it. [car accelerates] RICK: Holy [bleep]. COREY: Hey, how's it going, man? LAMBORGHINI SELLER: Pretty good. Got a car outside that I think you might be interested in looking at. All right. I got a lot back there. You just want to pull it around? All right. Meet you out there. COREY: Oh, [bleep]. LAMBORGHINI SELLER: That's right, man. It's a Lamborghini Murcielago, 2003. COREY: Nice. So what do you wanna do with it exactly? LAMBORGHINI SELLER: I'm looking to sell it. COREY: Do you mind if I call somebody else down here to take a look at it? Yeah, that's not a problem. I'd be interested to see what he has to say. You know, this is it. Need I say more? No, man. She speaks for herself. That's beautiful. So what do you think they're worth? DANNY: $85,000, maybe $90,000 would be my opinion. Would you take $90,000 for it? I'd hand you $100 bills. I'd go-- you know, I'd go $110,000. Cheapest I've seen anybody is $130,000. $95,000. I wouldn't go any higher. I'd go $100,000. Yeah, I'm staying at $95,000, man. I could use the money, but you know, I think I'm gonna have to take it home and put it back in the garage. RICK: Earlier, a guy gave me a call about an old Chevy, so Chum and I are on our way to check it out. CHEVY SELLER: Well, we got a 1956 Chevy quarter-mile race car. RICK: What did you want to get out of it? The car's worth $55,000. I was thinking maybe I could get $42,000. RICK: I know a guy who will know everything about this car, so let me get my buddy out here. Let him look at it. And maybe we can make it a deal on this thing. Sounds good. It is pretty, isn't it? For a drag car, I mean, this car is beautiful. The fact that it's been NHRA certified, that basically tells me the car is magnificent. RICK: So what kind of money you talking? There's probably $60,000, $70,000 worth of just parts list on this car. That motor's probably worth $40,000. All right. So how much do you want for it? Knowing what's in there, $42,000. RICK: I'll give you $30,000. CHEVY SELLER: How about $38,000? I'll go $37,000. Bye, honey. That's a deal. RICK: The guy called me up and he's got a 2014 Hertz Penske Mustang GT that he wants to sell, and he has it stored at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. So this is it, huh? This is it, that's right. RICK: How much would you like to get out of it? MUSTANG SELLER: $85,000. So I have someone out here at the track. Do you mind if I go grab him? He's a friend of mine. I just want him to look at it, OK? MUSTANG SELLER: Sure. JOEY: What we got here? It's a 2014 Hertz Penske GT. Sweet. I'm Joey Logano. I drive the number 22 Shell Pennzoil Ford in NASCAR Sprint Cup series. Actually, I was hoping someone might test drive it for me. [laughs] I'm always up for that. I don't know if I should be scared or excited. - Ready? - I'm ready. Let's hit it. [car accelerates] RICK: Holy [bleep]. [laughter] You know, you don't have to get that close to the wall, dude. This thing's a lot faster than I thought it was. Oh, my god. It's OK. It's in one piece. RICK: So Joey, what do you think it's worth? JOEY: Around $75,000 is, you know, my guess. RICK: So what's your best price? MUSTANG SELLER: $62,000, Rick. I'll write you a check for $60,000, and it'll even be good. I'll do it. RICK: All right, man. It's a deal. So this is the Shelby racecar you called me about? Yep. Where's the rest of it? Yeah, I thought it was a whole car. JOEY: No, it's a half a car. RICK: It doesn't bother me that this car is missing so many parts because the body alone on a Shelby Cobra can be worth a ton of money. Let me make some phone calls, see if I can find someone who can check this out, make sure it's real. SHAWN: OK. So how do we know if this thing is the true thing or not? Well, the only way to tell for sure is to look at the chassis number. When you clean off the dust, you can see there's a CSX chassis number. This is a real Shelby Cobra, Shawn. Wow. So what's this thing worth? Being like it sits, about $60,000. Are you serious? CAR EXPERT: I'm dead serious. So how much you want for it? I don't need $60,000, but I'll take $50,000. Let's go $25,000. No, I can't do $25,000. So what can you do? Let's go $45,000. Shawn, I can give you $30,000 cash right now. That's it. If not, we're going home. Deal. All right, deal. RICK (VOICEOVER): Since we bought the 1965 Shelby Cobra, Mark's been building it. So today, we're on our way down to see how everything's coming along. Oh, my god. This baby's mine. Ricky ain't gonna touch it. How much are we gonna be able to sell this thing for? I'd put a price tag of $159,000 on it. RICK: I love it. So guys, before we deliver a car to a customer, we always test drive them. I'll drive it. No, no, no, no, no, no. Get out of the way. If you want to be a man, get out on the track and go 200, 225 miles an hour. You don't [bleep] yourself, maybe you can take a deep breath and call yourself a man. [engine revs] [laughter] RICK: I didn't even know a race car could go that slow. RICK (VOICEOVER): It's time to show him how it's done. Woo. Yeah. RICK (VOICEOVER): When all is said and done, the old man was right. I couldn't be happier with the way this whole race car project turned out.
