We got invited by Itamae Sushi to film a really amazing show

その後、板前寿司さんに招かれて お店の素晴らしいショーを見に行った

The cutting of a big Tuna!!

巨大マグロの解体だ！

We were really excited

とっても興奮した

and so was this guy with bunny rabbit ears

うさぎの耳をつけたお客さんもね。

Yeah...I don't know..

ショーが始まった！

The demonstration started

マグロが解体されるのを見てると

And seeing these guys cutting the fish

この技術を身につけるのには 相当な練習と時間が必要なんだろうと思った

made me realise that it must take a long time to acquire such techniques and skills

よし、やってみよう

Okay let's do it!

わあ！

Oh wow!

海みたいな味がする！

It tastes like the sea!

本当に新鮮だ

It's really fresh

面白いショーのあと 席に座って

After that unique demonstration, we go to sit down

最高に新鮮なお寿司を頂くことになった

and enjoy some of the finest sushis I've had for such a decent price

Wow!

Oh yeah!!

これはもはや魔法だ

Like a magic!

英語のメニューもあるし

They've got English menu

スタッフの方はとっても親切だし

The staff is super friendly

定番のメニューも食べたよ

We tried a lot of regular stuff you usually find in a sushi shop

マグロ、ウニ、穴子

Tuna sushis, sea urchin, eel

それからちょっと珍しいものも食べた

Then we got to try some exotic things

マグロの顎の部分

like the tuna's chin

これは、、、すごく

That's very VERY...

死ぬほどうめぇぇ！

FUCKING good!

それから一番衝撃的だったのは

Then came maybe the most difficult part of the dinner

生きてるエビ、、、

The live shrimp!!

あああ、まだ動いてる

OH MY GOD it's still moving!!!!

尻尾が動いてる

Oooh the tail is moving

じゃあいくよ、1、2、3

Okay, ready? 1,2,3

わあ！すっごい美味しい！

Oh! It's good!

それからエビの頭も食べた

After that we got to eat the shrimp's head!

揚げたやつね！

Deep fried!!

サクサクしてる

It's crunchy!!

思ってたより全然美味しい

It's better than I was expecting!

でももう一回食べるかと聞かれたら、いいや。笑

Would I eat it again? No

食べ物も美味しかったけど 日本酒とのコラボレーションは最高だった

Not only the food was good but the Sake was amazing!!

板前寿司さんは 東京にたくさん店舗があるから

Itamae Sushi has a lot of different shops in Tokyo

もしお寿司を食べたいと思ったら ぜひ行ってみてほしい
