A little side project in would be focused on simple Japanese recipes to try at home.

Today we're going to make okonomiyaki.

A savory Japanese pancake will need cabbage, clean flung eggs, stock powder, sliced meat, cheese, okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise cut to a bush shavings, vegetable oil and a spatula for flipping.

Okay, I'm gonna get started by slicing the cabbage and putting it aside.

Next, we're going to make a batter first.
