  • I made it "ex-lieutenant general"

  • and did it in the character of Michael T. Flynn.

  • And it absolutely kills. -Yes.

  • -And I thought, "Wait a minute." -There's something here.

  • It's much easier to make a punch line work if it rhymes.

  • Who ever dreamed? -Right?

  • as soon as I finished the last poem,

  • because events move so fast.
