this feels like a YouTube apology Video with something.
-
Okay.
-
Um, hello, everybody.
-
This video is to announce that Arik is leaving.
-
He's going back to America.
-
This isn't a thing that we wanted to happen.
-
The main reason is act doesn't have a bachelor's degree.
-
Initially came to Japan to get a bachelors degree so he could live here.
-
Because if you come here without a bachelor's degree, that's really hot.
-
You can be a student or a student unless you have 10 years of experience approximately the field that you want to be in.
-
Not like I know how to do it, but, like, 10 years working in the field like, yeah, a company.
-
Yeah.
-
You have to be able to prove it.
-
A company would really want to have you, but, you know, if you're just looking for general work, you really need a bachelor's degree.
-
CIA initial plan was Eric would get bachelor's degree while I see I think you need to live.
-
But this past year is being mega eft.
-
100% 2 years in a row.
-
Bad stuff, bad luck, bad, everything bad, bad, bad.
-
So, unfortunately, that didn't happen on and you know we really tried to make it work, but did happen.
-
Um, we're not breaking out way.
-
No, we're still pals in a romantic way.
-
Anyway, Also, we don't have much time because we're about to go to the apple because art is literally leaving and vacuous.
-
L yeah, yeah, that's basically I'll be living by myself the foreseeable future until acts able to come back to 24 years before.
-
Yes.
-
Oh, yeah.
-
Actually, get however long it takes to get bachelor's degree.
-
Yeah.
-
Um, yeah, Just a p s a for anyone coming to Japan, Get a bachelor's degree.
-
Make sure that the school you're going to offers bachelors to bachelor degrees.
-
Yeah, that is also a big bang school I went to They made this whole big thing when I was, um, the end of my first year.
-
So I had done one year.
-
Um, they're like, Oh, my God, we're getting a bachelor's program is going great, so expats can come to Japan and study here and get a four year degree and then start working in Japan, and it's so great.
-
And then they canceled it like, yeah, the semester before, I was about to start the program because there is a lack of participants.
-
Yeah.
-
Anyway, let's of stuff went wrong.
-
I will be honest with you guys.
-
This pasta.
-
I've been going through some kind of business.
-
It's going really hot.
-
And I've been a little place, but I'm really excited.
-
Thio just be able to have some time to focus on work and being by myself and discovering who I am again.
-
I think it's good for the both of us, and then we'll just have to see how it goes.
-
So we'll just do a long distance.
-
I'll say about going visit.
-
Yeah, we should.
-
D'oh!
-
Yeah.
-
What are some good things that's gonna come from this?
-
From your point of view, I got a whole apartment to myself.
-
I get, like, so much space and turning that.
-
That's the thing.
-
That room is gonna be like my study on my work area.
-
I'll be able to do twitch dreams in this.
-
That's gonna cool.
-
So now your bedroom can be a bedroom.
-
Just relax.
-
Yeah, I'm also gonna be able to buy meals for just one person and cook for me and then have leftovers, which is gonna be awesome.
-
Uh, Yeah, I'll I'll have more time for friends and for myself.
-
Just have Yeah, I don't know.
-
I think there's gonna be a lot of good stuff that comes out of it for me.
-
I can get a job that's not English teaching.
-
Yeah, it's also see my family, which is great, because I'm get homesick usually, but it's just like there's no option to see them at all.
-
Yeah, I just wish that I could see my family just for a weekend.
-
Yeah, like that's a different kind of feeling with the reason that Arc is leaving so quickly.
-
Originally, I was gonna leave in, like, early April, but we had to speed things up because of the current situation in the world.
-
But you're not gonna mention because I like being monetized.
-
You can say that the current 2020 president of the United States has been stopping other countries from entering the United States.
-
Yeah, and right now, Japan is not like on that list.
-
But just in case Japan gets on that list, Yeah, I'm going back now instead of later, because it's probably gonna get worse before it gets better.
-
Yeah, it was a difficult decision to make because Erica's health insurance here.
-
But if I get closed out shut out of the United States States, then hey would kind of be stuck here, and then it's Visa would have some problems.
-
You know, it would be a lot more complicated rather than just getting back the same sound as soon as possible actually going from.
-
But in the future, it will just be videos with this gal hanging out.
-
Yeah, I'm gonna be doing out that room.
-
I'm looking for doing some kitchen chats, Have some plans for to another house tour another house.
-
No, no, no.
-
Yeah, I'll do a room to room two and, uh, yeah, a lot of cleaning to do.
-
Yeah, so that's the basic situation.
-
So, uh, we're not breaking up.
-
We're not breaking on.
-
We're still here.
-
We'll just see how it goes.
-
We've done long distance before.
-
For you, sir.
-
Yeah, and then it'll suck.
-
Now it's gonna stop now.
-
Yeah, okay.
-
We'll go to the airport.
-
