  • Hey, kids, for step we're gonna do is we're gonna put in one stick unsalted butter that has softened that's already in their on 3/4 cup of packed brown sugar on We are going to cream this together in our mixes, But I'm gonna add in half of a teaspoon of salt and two teaspoons of vanilla that we're gonna make Spat in Now we're gonna add in flower now, and this is gonna make it get a little crumbly.

  • I'm gonna add in two tablespoons of milk, and this is gonna bring it to looking like the cookie dough that we're used to seeing.

  • I'm gonna put in.

  • I have a cup of many chips on behalf of a cup of regular sized chips.

  • I'm just gonna fold that in.

  • And then what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna put this back into the refrigerator and allow it to harden up just a tad while we get the ice cream portion ready for this recipe.

  • All right, so now we know the drill by now.

  • Two cups of heavy whipping cream whipped until you have stiff peaks.

  • All right, so I have stiff peaks I'm gonna add in one and 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla.

  • This is ground vanilla acts the same as plain vanilla.

  • And, yes, that was a one and 1/2 teaspoon measuring spoon.

  • Once upon a time, Tupperware was old school, and they gave us cool things like that.

  • All right, so I think there are also the same only people that do.

  • 2/3 1 3rd and 3/4 for 2/3 and 3/4 cup measuring.

  • Okay, so that was 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk.

  • Then add those two things in until it is combined.

  • I'm gonna pour in about half of this ice cream mixture, and then I'm going to get this cookie dough that I've put in the fridge for however long it was, it took me to make this and I'm just going to scoop all little scoops of this and put it through out the ice cream.

  • If you have any left over, you can use this as a dip.

  • I don't know that anyone has ever used these to make cookies and might be interesting, actually, for me to try and and report back Thio, we're gonna finish up with this.

  • We're gonna put the layer over it, and then we're going to continue putting more scoops on top of that.

  • So that does.

  • It tastes quite good.

  • I'm hoping that this vanilla ice cream I was gonna taste just as good.
