  • in this video, I'm gonna take you guys to my top food spots in Osaka.

  • There's so many good food shops in Osaka that sometimes as a really difficult to choose, so I'm gonna take you around to some of my favorites.

  • Number nine Cheesecake from Ricardo Oh, Jesus Shops.

  • Name literally translates to Uncle Rico's shop, so you know it's a local Osaka specialty, and even more impressive is that you can enjoy the cheesecake it straight from the oven.

  • They make a small number of cakes from morning tonight in order to serve it as fresh as possible.

  • It's as big as my head, and it's still like boys, too.

  • They'll have a freshly baked residue by inside.

  • Then it's been sitting there for, like, a few hours in a day or something, so definitely buy it from the outside shop.

  • It's quite big, so you're probably gonna want to eat it with maybe 3 to 4 people, at least.

  • Luckily, have my don't use a big eater.

  • One thing about this, so it's not so cheesy like, you know, cheesecake sometimes get really, really like cheese in custody.

  • I think one tastes more like, which is nice.

  • Number eight.

  • Handmade Buddha.

  • This shop has been around for 75 years in the same location.

  • It's the only location in Osaka producing my other on soccer video.

  • I did go Goichi, and it's the most popular because it's just so many shops and people know about it.

  • Breast this when I wanted to kind of showcase it, because it's something that a lot of people don't know about, and it's delicious.

  • It's funny how this thing looks so much like a nipple that is so luscious you can smell the onions.

  • That's good.

  • Okay, it's perfectly marinated.

  • You can taste that.

  • That's a little bit sweet.

  • Has some savings to it like a really strong, like onion taste.

  • The pork is just so tender it's still juicy in here.

  • The bun itself is really chewy, kind of wish that there was a little bit more meat to the ratio of the bun.

  • But aside from that, like the meat itself, the park itself is really delicious.

  • I don't know why, but we're sticking here, stopping over like the onions.

  • Number seven Black talk Leo gave from Cougar.

  • Cougar is one of the most popular Takayuki shop born in Osaka and Tokyo.

  • Key is as basic as you can get in this area, but I'm here today to show you something that's not on the menu.

  • Secret tackle.

  • Yucky.

  • The thing is, there's so much Takayuki can get in Osaka that I wanted to share something with you guys just a little bit special, and this place has a squid ink that's not on the menu.

  • You on the front street on duty, somebody.

  • There's just a long ass line.

  • If you go to the front and you ask them especially for the squid ink they took me downstairs to the basement.

  • Look, they made it special for me here where there's no crowd, I'm right in front of the river and just a perfect setting to eat Top.

  • Yucky.

  • So talking.

  • If you guys don't know that's a pancake ball with octopus, they heat it up on the iron griddle and make seasonal takayuki balls, and they put mayonnaise on top.

  • They put special sauce, and they have no need of flakes on it.

  • Take the first bite, uh, see the taco, and it's still gooey inside.

  • That's the thing I love.

  • Oh, it's so good that the one thing about this place I love, how gooey that Takayuki is, even in the pancake, squinting it doesn't taste too strong of squid.

  • You can't really tell so much.

  • It just tastes like a regular top.

  • Yucky.

  • I think it just like a novelty concept of it, but it's still pretty cool definitely have to have a talk with lucky when you come to Osaka.

  • All right, that food was awesome, but I'm starting one of the cash, so I need to find an A t.

  • Baby Castella at Kiki Baby Casella is often found in Japanese festival food, and IKI made it into these cute treats.

  • Check out this chocolate fondue music Smell the powdered sugar, the chocolate just drippy drip that is so sweet Chocolate that is so good, like a perfect doughnut ball.

  • But it's not Friday at all.

  • It's more of like a cake than actually a doughnut as nice and soft and light and fluffy.

  • Really enjoying the chocolate?

  • Chocolate is quite sweet and big, very, very rich.

  • I'm almost done with it.

  • It's so good.

  • Number five curry pine Who at Yemma Vico Bakery hidden inside a shopping mall called Opa.

  • There's a cute little big Guerry.

  • I love the variety of the baked goods on their menu as everything looks so scrumptious.

  • But I'm throwing down on my favorite today.

  • Which one should idea?

  • You look so good cutting Yoka.

  • Uh huh.

  • We are in a soccer.

  • I got some curry pond.

  • You know, I love my curry pon It looks so good.

  • It almost has, like, these golden bubbles on top of you guys.

  • There's just so much meat.

  • It's, um, onion in there, and it's like it was like a big chunks of meat in here.

  • Yes, yes and yes.

  • Wow, that is a meaty curry pond.

  • And there is a spicy kicked like I'm feeling in the back of my throat feel like they've used a lot of spices in this one.

  • There's a lot of seasoning, and this is not just like plan.

  • There's a lot of like flavor, and the bread is nice and crunchy.

  • Look like it was warm, but it's actually not that warm, but it's really, really good.

  • What a lovely surprise for midday snacking.

  • Number four Tacos Sen at Kolkata, Kolkata is a popular Tuck Yaki shop known to be the first shop to use mayonnaise on the taco.

  • Yucky.

  • But this video I'm teaching their uniquely created Takako San.

  • It's Doc, Doc, Doc.

  • So actually, it's not really a taco shell and looks like a taco shell.

  • But this is actually Cem Bay that has Huckle cheese.

  • It's cool that you can't even fill their tags like credit cards accepted at the restaurant.

  • Oh, look, I have a meat and seafood all mixing one was amazing, but check it out.
