And that's why we're here.

Had deliverables, bass lines, I was touching base, and soon I was synergize ing monetizing.

I didn't learn things.

I had learnings.

Jargon serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever.

The quality of our conversations influences the quality of our decisions, and the quality of our decisions dictates the quality of our outcomes.

It is truly no exaggeration to say that World War Three was averted because President Kennedy had learned how to create better conversation among his staff.

Clearly, there are differences between how Gen X and millennials think, but I have seen how both could learn from one another.

I believe that is crucial for companies to create environments that are collaborative and inclusive.

So all of us are encouraged to bring more of our hearts and our minds to the workplace.

My plea to you is this.

Don't go out of your imagination.

World is complicated.

The pace of change is just scary.

Imagination multiplies our options that way.

If the rates of return on these development causes are so high, why are they chronically underfunded?

Economic growth isn't an end in itself way care about healthier lives and better lives.

I'm here to tell you why what happens in prisons should matter to all of us and why I'm proud to be a prisoner by choice.

Imagine if your life was defined by the thing that you're most ashamed off.

If we can't forgive others, how can we expect to be forgiven ourselves?

Because a lot of us do good on bad.

Hiding is a progressive habit.

And once you start hiding, it becomes harder and harder to step forward and speak out.

What I didn't realize until all these years later is that the biggest obstacles I will ever have to overcome our my own fears and insecurities.

I believe that words hold power.

I've spent most of my life trying to fit in.

Now I'm realizing maybe I was made to stand up for me.

Success is being happy being.

You find a way of being you and being happy, not the youthful.

You need to be the you know you are.

You are fearfully and wonderfully made.

You are incredible.
